Abstract

Beschrieben wird ein polarisiertes elektromagneti­ sches Kleinrelais mit einem innerhalb des Spulenkörpers angeordneten, einseitig gelagerten Schaltanker, dessen freies Ende zwischen zwei einander gegenüberstehenden elektrischen und magnetische Pole bildenden Kontaktele­ menten ragt, der vorzugsweise mit einem ebenfalls inner­ halb des Spulenkörpers angeordneten Dauermagneten ge­ koppelt ist, bei dem der mit dem Spulenkörper starr verbun­ dene, aus ferromagnetischem Material bestehende Spulen­ kern innerhalb des Spulenkörpers senkrecht zur Spulen­ achse mit einem definierten Spalt, dem Kontaktspalt, aufge­ trennt ist und bei Erregung zwei einander gegenüber­ stehende ungleichnamige Magnetpole bildet, die zugleich die Gegenkontakte darstellen, und bei dem ferner ein Blatt­ anker (6) mit seinem freien Ende im Kontaktspalt (17) quer zur Spulenachse angeordnet, von einem Führungselement (7) an der am freien Ende gegenüberliegenden Lagerstirn­ seite (18) geführt wird und mit diesem elektrischen Kontakt hat, wobei der ferromagnetische Blattanker (6) vorzugs­ weise von einem mit einer Polfläche am Führungselement (7) anliegenden, senkrecht zur Spulenachse polarisierten Dauermagneten magnetisiert wird, so daß der Blattanker (6) mit der Lagerstirnseite (18) am Führungselement (7) durch Magnetkraft haftet und dessen freies Ende einen magneti­ schen Pol bildet. Durch die beschriebene Anordnung wer­ den eine überaus günstige Ansprechempfindlichkeit und kürzeste Schaltzeiten bei minimaler Gesamtbaugröße des Kleinrelais ermöglicht.
