Claims (13)

1. Moteur Boxer (1) à quatre temps et à deux cylindres, notamment refroidi par le vent de marche, pour motocyclette, comportant:
- pour chaque cylindre (32), un arbre à cames (14) à démultiplication 1:2 par rapport à l'arbre de vilebrequin (3) disposé horizontalement, au-dessus de l'arbre de vilebrequin et parallèlement à ce dernier;
- un arbre secondaire (4) parallèle à l'arbre de vilebrequin (3), avec démultiplication de 1:2 par rapport à la vitesse de rotation de l'arbre de vilebrequin, ces arbres secondaires étant entraînés chacun par l'intermédiaire d'une transmission à chaîne ou à courroie dans le rapport 1:1:
- des mécanismes à chaîne ou à courroie (13) placés, en direction de la marche, derrière les cylindres (32), et
- des soupapes (37 et 38) actionnées par levier basculant (39), moteur caractérisé par une disposition dans laquelle:
- l'arbre secondaire (4) est situé au-dessous de l'arbre de vilebrequin (3) ;
- l'entraînement de l'arbre secondaire (4) est placé, en direction de la marche, sur l'extrémité antérieure de l'arbre de vilebrequin;

2. - dans cette distance est prévu un passage fileté, dans le plan vertical (49) de la soupape d'échappement (38), pour une bougie d'allumage (45) libre vers les anneaux de siège des soupapes d'admission (37), et
- les anneaux de siège (37') des soupapes d'admission (37), dans leur position de fermeture, sont tangents au diamètre horizontal (32") du contour circulaire (32') du cylindre en question ou sont engagés par-dessus celui-ci.
5. Moteur Boxer suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que:
- les axes de palier (40) du levier basculant (39) présententchacun, dans leur tourillon axial (42) à poste fixe dans la tête de cylindre, une portion de palier de rotation excentrique (41 ) pour le levier basculant (39);
- au moins l'un des tourillons axiaux (42) est pourvu d'un dispositif de serrage de blocage pour immobiliser la position de rotation de l'axe de palier (40), et

7. Moteur Boxer suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que:
- le carter de vilebrequin (2) est partagé en deux parties dans le plan vertical médian (1-1);
- l'arbre de vilebrequin (3) et l'arbre secondaire
(4) sont disposés dans le plan médian (l-l);
- un palier principal (10) est disposé de chaque côté des bielles de manivelle (3') de l'arbre de vilebrequin (3) immédiatement voisines, et
- chacune des masses d'équilibrage (11) est formée en une pièce directement à l'extérieur des deux paliers principaux (10) et à l'intérieur de garnitures d'étanchéité (10') voisines de l'arbre de vilebrequin (3).

Moteur Boxer suivant la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que les masses d'équilibrage (11) ont la forme de disques étroits et sont disposées dans des espaces annulaires également étroits du carter de vilebrequin (2), entre les paliers principaux (10) et les garnitures d'étanchéité d'arbre (10').

Moteur Boxer suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce qu'est formée, sur la face supérieure du carter de vilebrequin (2), une bride de fixation (20) présentant plusieurs oeilletons (21 ) et/ou des perçages filetés pour la fixation et le blocage par vis (22) d'un corps creux de tôle en forme de cadre (23) qui entoure la partie supérieure et dans lequel débouche une ouverture d'évent (24) du carter de vilebrequin (2).
10. Moteur Boxer suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 9, comportant un couvercle de paroi supérieure essentiellement lisse (18) du carter de vilebrequin (2) qui recouvre des agrégats auxiliaires (génératrice 6) et/ou l'entraînement de l'arbre secondaire (4), moteur caractérisé en ce qu'est disposée, dans la paroi du carter de vilebrequin recouverte par le couvercle de paroi frontale (18), une ouverture de montage pour un filtre à huile (15) disposé allongé dans le carter et qui présente un couvercle amovible (17) qui présente des canaux de liaison (17') incorporés en une seule pièce, dirigés vers des canaux à huile dans le carter de vilebrequin (2).
11. Moteur Boxer suivant la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal de la bougie d'allumage (45) forme avec l'axe du cylindre un angle d'environ 45 à 75° supérieur à celui du plan déterminé par les soupapes d'admission.
