Claims (19)

1. Dispositif de fraisage pour enlever des couches de revêtement de chaussées et de trottoirs, comprenant un châssis (10); trois roues de roulement (12,14,16), c'est-à-dire deux roues de roulement antérieures (12, 14) coaxiales et juxtaposées, ainsi qu'une roue de roulement (16) non braquable et postérieure dans la direction du déplacement, au moins l'une de ces roues de roulement (12, 14, 16) étant en liaison d'entraînement avec un groupe d'entraînement (44); un organe de direction (60); et au moins un cyclindre de fraissage (46, 48) entraîné par un moteur et dont la région respective de venue en prise avec le revêtement peut être ajustée à un niveau situé au-dessous du plan commun inférieur de tangence des roues de roulement (12, 14, 16), caractérisé par la combinaison es caractéristiques suivantes:
a) l'organe de direction (60) est réalisé sous la forme d'un timon de guidage traîné, monté sensiblement rigidement sur le châssis;
b) les deux roues de roulement antérieures (12, 14) ne sont pas non plus braquables;
c) la roue de roulement postérieure (16) est en liaison d'entraînement avec le groupe d'entraînement (44);
d) un volant (74) est prévu derrière la roue de roulement postérieure (16) dans la direction du déplacement, approximativement au centre de la voie entre les deux roues de roulement antérieures (12, 14);
e) il est prévu un dispositif (26) d'ajustement en hauteur pour l'ajustement en hauteur du volant (74) par rapport aux roues de roulement (12, 14, 16), dispositif par l'intermédiaire duquel ledit volant (74) peut être ajusté vers le bas jusqu'au-dessous du plan commun inférieur de tangence des roues de roulement (12,14,16);
f) le volant (74) est monté à rotation libre autour d'un axe vertical de braquage (72) et son axe porteur (76) est décalé par rapport audit axe de braquage (72).
2. Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que les deux roues de roulement antérieures (12, 14) sont des roues folles (12, 14) sans entraînement, montées rotatives indépendamment l'une de l'autre.
3. Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de fraisage (46, 48) est situé, dans la direction du déplacement, entre les roues de roulement antérieures (12, 14) et la roue de roulement postérieure (16).
4. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le volant (74) est articulé sur le châssis (10) autour d'un axe de pivotement (64) parallèle à son axe porteur (76), en pouvant pivoter vers le haut et vers le bas entre une position de repos (figure 1) et une position de travail (figure 2).

Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les roues de roulement (12, 14, 16) sont montées sur des biellettes oscillantes (18, 20, 36, 38) qui sont montées à pivotement sur le châssis (10) autour d'axes de pivotement (22, 40) parallèles aux axes de roulement, et peuvent être ajustées, par rapport audit châssis (10), par un entraînement (26) de préférence commun.

Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 5, caractérisé par le fait que les biellettes oscillantes (18, 20) des deux roues de roulement antérieures (12, 14) sont reliées par un arbre oscillant commun (22), ce dernier étant relié, par l'intermédiaire d'une timonerie (30, 32, 34), à un arbre oscillant (40) de la biellette oscillante (36, 38) associée à la roue de roulement postérieure (16).

Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de fraisage (46, 48) est monté rigidement sur le châssis (10); et par le fait que les axes de roulement des roues de roulement (12, 14, 16) sont réglables en hauteur, continûment ou progressivement, par rapport au châssis (10).
8. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de fraisage (46, 48) possède au moins une rangée de trépans (58) agencée hélicoïdalement.
9. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de fraisage (46,48) et les roues de roulement (16) - dans la mesure où elles sont motorisées - sont menés à partir d'un groupe commun d'entraînement (44), éventuellement par l'intermédiaire de différentes sorties de transmission.
10. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendication 1 à 9, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe du cylindre de fraisage (46, 48) est parallèle à ceux des roues de r-Julement (12,14,16).
11. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait qu'il présente deux cylindres de fraisage (46, 48) sensiblement de même sillage et se succédant dans la direction du déplacement, le cylindre (48) situé à l'arrière dans la direction du déplacement (F) étant ajusté à une profondeur de fraisage plus grande que celle du cylindre antérieur (46) par rapport à la direction du déplacement.
12. Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que les deux cylindres de fraisage (46, 48) peuvent tourner dans des sens opposés, leur forme, leur agencement et leur vitesse angulaire étant harmonisés mutuellement, de façon qu'ils n'engendrent au moins approximativement aucune poussée en avant résultante.
13. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé par le fait qu'il est équipé d'un chauffeur préalable (78, 80) de revêtement.
14. Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 13, caractérisé par le fait que le chauffeur préalable de revêtement comporte un brûleur (80) installé avant le cylindre de fraisage (46, 48) par rapport à la direction du déplacement.
15. Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé par le fait qu'un réservoir (78) à gaz comburant est monté sur le timon (60).
16. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de fraisage (46, 48) fait saillie d'un côté, perpendiculairement à la direction du déplacement, au-delà de la roue de roulement (12) située le plus à l'extérieur dans cette direction.
17. Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 16, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de fraisage (46,48) fait saillie latéralement, perpendiculairement à la direction du déplacement, au-delà de l'une (12) des roues e roulement antérieures.
18. Dispositif de fraisage selon la revendication 17, caractérisé par le fait que la roue de roulement postérieure (16) est décalée, en direction de l'une (12) des roues de roulement antérieures, au maximum jusqu'à présenter une identité de voie avec cette dernière.
19. Dispositif de fraisage selon l'une des revendications 1 à 18, caractérisé par le fait que le châssis (10) est muni d'un oeillet de chargement (82) situé au-dessus du centre de gravité.
