Definitions

  • the invention relates to a shelf for the storage and provision of objects packed in boxes, with at least two vertical spars made up of spar sections and fastened to these shelves, which have transverse profiles that slope from the back to the front and the longitudinal profiles connecting the spars and / or the transverse profiles, the shelf being constructed from segments which can be connected to one another and which correspond to one another in terms of their dimensions and contain the spar sections, and the spar sections can be connected to one another by plug-in and / or screw connections.
  • Such a shelf is already known (FR-A-2 249 524).
  • This shelf consists of segments, each made up of four bars, two longitudinal profiles and two cross profiles.
  • the cross profiles slope from the back to the front. Troughs can be hung in the cross profiles, in which objects can be accommodated. These trays or troughs are just as wide as the objects to be accommodated and when the shelf is fully packed this is extremely difficult.
  • a shelf (BE-A-503 762) in which the shelves are formed by angle profiles.
  • this shelf does not consist of individual, interconnectable segments. Objects can rest on the profiles, which can be removed because the front edge of the shelf above is set back.
  • This shelf has an extremely large space requirement and its upper profiles are difficult to access. In addition, it is not intended to remove individual items from the stored boxes.
  • a frame in which cigarette packs rest on the horizontal legs of T-shaped profiles and a bar lying between these profiles. At the front, the frame is closed by a relatively high plate, so that the cigarette packs can only be removed upwards. This is possible because the frame is not a shelf with shelves arranged one above the other (GB-A-2 207 339).
  • the invention has for its object to provide a simple and sturdy built shelf of the type mentioned, which is inexpensive to manufacture, has a low weight and allows despite the high packing density of the boxes not only to remove the boxes themselves from the shelf, but even items from the boxes, without special precautions being required.
  • the invention proposes a shelf of the type mentioned, in which the shelves are formed from the transverse profiles and the longitudinal profiles, the transverse profiles are double-angle or T-profiles, the outer flanges of which form contact surfaces for boxes inserted between them and the like upward-facing surfaces serve as side guides for the boxes.
  • each front box Due to the inclined arrangement of the shelves, the top of each front box is accessible in the front area, so that objects can be removed here.
  • the boxes can also be removed if the packing density is high, since the user can also grip the bottom of the box, since this is left free by the profiles.
  • the use of double-angle profiles or T-profiles reduces the effort required to manufacture the shelves.
  • connection of the individual segments can take place, for example, in such a way that the profiles forming the spars are formed at their upper or lower ends offset approximately inward or outward by their own wall thickness and approximately L-shaped tab-like approaches punched out inwardly or outwardly for receiving the respective segments have other ends of the respectively adjacent segment.
  • the ends of the spars can additionally have holes which, in the case of assembled segments, are aligned with the holes in the respectively adjacent segment.
  • the spars prefferably be identical angle profiles arranged at the corners of the shelf, to which angle profiles forming the periphery of the shelves are attached.
  • the shelf has four bars, which simultaneously form the outer boundary of the shelf.
  • the transverse profiles and / or the longitudinal profiles have or form a stop for the boxes.
  • This stop can be formed, for example, by the vertical leg of an angle profile.
  • the horizontal section of a transverse profile has a wave-like shape on which the box comes to rest.
  • the legs of the front longitudinal profile tip form an angle pointing downwards, the leg running approximately horizontally to the rear showing a slight bend downwards. Not only is a sufficiently large stop formed, but at the same time it is ensured that this stop is not too high and therefore does not make it difficult to remove the box to the front.
  • the shelf can be connected to a stand or at least one foot.
  • the stand dimensions of the stand can correspond to the dimensions of the shelf segments, so that it can be connected to any segment that then forms the lowest segment. It is of course also possible, for example on shelves with only two side rails, to attach a single foot to each side rail.
  • the invention further proposes that the shelf has at least one segment corresponding in its dimensions to the other segments, which contains at least one drawer provided with a shelf formed from horizontally running profiles. In this case, certain boxes can be placed in the drawer.
  • the drawer segment can be used anywhere on a normal shelf.
  • the longitudinal profiles are designed as angular profiles with an angle of preferably approximately 100 ° and the transverse profiles protrude forward from the front longitudinal profiles, preferably by the distance between the longitudinal profiles.
  • a shelf can in particular be of a light-looking design and offers the additional advantage that the boxes can be stored in it without any side spacing, since each box can be accessed from above and below.
  • the shelf segment shown in FIG. 1 consists of two wide side rails 11 which are connected to one another by two longitudinal profiles 12 arranged in the area of the rear and two longitudinal profiles 13 arranged in the area of the front.
  • each spar 11 On the underside, each spar 11 has a foot 14 which is elongated towards the front.
  • the rear longitudinal profiles 12 are each arranged somewhat higher than the front longitudinal profiles 13.
  • a plurality of transverse profiles 15 are arranged on the longitudinal profiles 12 and 13, which due to the offset arrangement of the longitudinal profiles 12 and 13 drop forward. The transverse profiles 15 protrude from the respective front longitudinal profile 13 approximately by the distance between the front and rear longitudinal profiles 12, 13.
  • FIG. 2 shows a single view of the foot 14 to which the side rail 11 is attached.
  • the rear longitudinal profile 12 is arranged somewhat higher than the front longitudinal profile 13 and that both angle profiles form an angle of approximately 100 °. With the rear longitudinal profile 12 this angle is directed upwards and forwards, while with the front longitudinal profile 13 it is directed backwards and downwards.
  • the side rail 11 consists of a sheet metal, the two longitudinal edges of which are bent at right angles, so that they form two flanges 16, 17. The lower end edge is also bent over, so that a lower end flange 18 is formed.
  • the cross profile 15 is a T-profile, which rests on the front longitudinal profile 13 with its approximately horizontally extending crossbar 19.
  • a pin 20 is attached to the underside of the crossbar 19 and engages in a corresponding opening in the approximately horizontal flange 21 of the front longitudinal profile 13.
  • the cross section 15 has a slot 22 which diverges slightly towards the rear, in which area the cross bar 19 is arranged offset by the thickness of the horizontal flange 23 of the rear longitudinal section 12. This ensures that the top of the horizontal flange 23 is flush with the upper side of the crossbar 19 of the cross section 15.
  • the cross bar 19 is waved upwards and then bent downwards again, which forms a stop 24 for the boxes.
  • the feet 14 formed from a square tube closed on both sides with the aid of a stopper 25 are attached with their top to the end flange 18 of the spar 11.
  • the shelf is constructed from a total of three shelf segments 25 'and a stand 26.
  • the stand 26 has two side walls 27, of which only the one can be seen in FIG. 3, which are connected by an inclined front wall 28.
  • Each shelf segment consists of a total of three inclined shelves 29 which, as is not apparent from FIG. 3, are formed from transverse and longitudinal profiles, similarly to the embodiment according to FIG. It can be seen that a box 30 inserted in a shelf 29, even at a very short distance from the shelf 29 above it, releases part of its upper side due to the oblique arrangement of the shelves 29, from where the interior of the box is accessible. On the other hand, the box can be removed to the front.
  • FIG. 4 shows a detail of a shelf 29 of the embodiment according to FIG. 3.
  • a stop 31 is arranged on the front of the shelf 29, which prevents the box 30 from sliding down.
  • a groove 32 is attached, which consists of a profile which is approximately trapezoidal in cross section and provided with a strip-like extension 33. With the help of the strip attachment 33, the profile can be attached to the individual cross profiles of the shelves 29.
  • the channel 32 has individual transverse walls 34 which are arranged approximately in accordance with the transverse profiles 15. Individual objects can be inserted into the channel 32 between two transverse walls 34 to make the contents of the boxes visible.
  • the shelf segment shown in FIG. 5 contains three shelves 35, which are arranged between front and rear spars 37, 36.
  • the front spars 37 and the rear spars 36 have the same length and are otherwise identical.
  • the shelves 35 slope forward.
  • the shelves 35 themselves also contain angle profiles on their side edges.
  • the spars 36, 37 are provided with two holes 38, at their lower ends the profiles of the spars 36, 37 are arranged offset approximately inward by their own wall thickness, so that a section 39 is formed which is flush with the spars 36, 37 of the lower segment can be used.
  • the shoulder 39 also has two holes 40 which are at the same distance from one another as the holes 38.
  • the front spars 37 and the rear spars 36 are again drawn in a vertical position, it being clear that in this case the side profiles 41 run horizontally.
  • the side profiles 41 run horizontally.
  • three drawers 42 are mounted so that they can be pulled out, the upper drawer 42 having a lower height than the lower drawers.
  • the profiles 36, 37 are provided with holes 38 on their upper side and with a shoulder 39 and with holes 40 on their lower side.
  • FIG. 7 shows a stand 43 which consists of a sheet metal trough 44 with four spars 45, 46, of which the rear spars 46 are longer than the front spars 45.
  • the difference in length of the spars of the stand 43 is chosen such that each is in the stand 43 inserted segment has vertically extending bars 36, 37.
  • the spar 37 consists of an angular profile with two legs 47, 48 running approximately perpendicular to one another.
  • An angle profile 49 is welded to the front leg 48 with its one leg 50, the angle profile 49 enclosing an acute angle between its two legs 50, 51.
  • the rearward leg 51 of the angle profile 49 has a slight downward bend 52.
  • the transverse profile 53 rests on the leg 51 of the profile 49 and is fastened to it.
  • the shape of the transverse profile 53 is shown in detail in FIG. 9. It can be seen from FIG. 9 that the shelves consist of grids and are therefore only incomplete.
  • the grids are formed by double-angle profiles 53, which can be seen in section in FIG. 9 and have approximately the shape of a hat.
  • T profiles could also be used, the T being upside down.
  • the distance between two adjacent double-angle profiles 53 is selected such that a box 30 can be inserted between two profiles in such a way that it rests on the outer flanges 54 of the profiles.
  • the respective inner flanges or vertical sections 55 of the profiles form a system or a guide for the box 30 shown in dash-dotted lines. If inverted T-profiles are used, the space between two adjacent boxes would correspondingly be smaller in the lateral direction.
  • FIG. 10 shows an enlarged representation of the connection possibility between spars of two adjacent segments, the corresponding spar sections each containing only one hole 38 or 40 for reasons of simplification.
  • the lower end of the spar 37 is arranged offset inwards by its own wall thickness, which can be done, for example, by pressing. This makes it possible to push the inwardly displaced part 56 into the upper end of another spar 37, the non-displaced parts 57 of both spars being aligned with one another.
  • the upper end of the spar 37 has two tab-like projections 58, which have arisen from the fact that this part is punched out along an approximately U-shaped cut 59.
  • the amount of the inward displacement is selected such that the offset shoulder 39 of the upper spar can still be inserted between the shoulder 58 and the corresponding part of the spar 37.
  • the distance is preferably so that this insertion still requires a certain amount of force, so that the plugging together takes place with the aid of a hammer.
