Abstract
Description
- Die Neuerung betrifft eine Kunststoffhantel mit einer Griffstange und mit Gewichtsscheiben, die eine zentrale Bohrung aufweisen und auf die Enden der Griffstange auswechselbar aufsteckbar sind.
- Die DE-PS 361 664 zeigt eine Hantel, bei der Gewichtsscheiben auf Drehhülsen aufgeschraubt sind. Die Drehhülsen werden auf eine Griffstange aufgesteckt und vermittels einer Mutter festgeschraubt. Bei dieser Hantel ist das Auswechseln der Gewichtsscheiben recht zeitraubend und umständlich.
- Die DE-AS 24 19 221 zeigt eine Hantel, bei der um eine Griffstange mit Hilfe von Buchsen radial beabstandet Rohrstücke angeordnet sind, auf die wiederum Gewichtsscheiben aufschiebbar sind , die vermittels Klemmuffen auf den Rohrstücken fixierbar sind. Die Rohrstücke werden mit Hilfe von Stellringen axial fixiert. Diese bekannte Hantel ist recht kompliziert im Aufbau, und zum Auswechseln der Gewichtsscheiben sind noch zuviele Handgriffe vonnöten.
- Es ist ferner eine einstückige Hantel auf dem Markt, die völlig aus Kunststoff besteht und bei der Gewichtsänderungen durch verschieden große Füllungen von hohlen Gewichtsscheiben erzielt werden. Diese Hantel hat den Nachteil, daß durch Teilfüllungen der Gewichtsscheiben beim Gebrauchen der Hantel unkontrollierte, überlagerte Zusatzbewegungen auftreten. Das Ändern von Gewichten ist zudem recht mühsam.
- Die Aufgabe der vorliegenden Neuerung besteht deshalb darin, eine Hantel gemäß Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1 so auszubilden, daß die Nachteile der bekannten Hanteln vermieden sind und insbesondere das Auswechseln der Gewichtsscheiben vereinfacht wird und schneller durchführbar ist.
- Diese Aufgabe wird dadurch gelöst, daß in der Bohrungswandung wenigstens einer Gewichtsscheibe ein Bajonettverschlußteil und auf der Griffstange das jeweils dazu komplementäre Bajonettverschlußteil ausgebildet ist.
- Durch die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung wird das Auswechseln von Gewichtsscheiben wesentlich einfacher und schneller. Die Zahl der Gewichtsscheiben ist sehr einfach veränderbar. Es sind keine zusätzlichen Feststellmittel mehr notwendig, und die Gewichtsscheiben sind beliebig aus- und untereinander vertauschbar.
- Vorteilhafte und zweckmäßige Weiterbildungen der neuerungsgemäßen Lösung sind in den Unteransprüchen gekennzeichnet.
- Die Neuerung soll nun anhand der beigefügten Zeichnung, die ein Ausführungsbeispiel zeigt, näher erläutert werden.
- Es zeigen
- Fig. 1 eine Ansicht, teilweise im Schnitt, eines Teiles der neuerungsgemäßen Hantel, und
- Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht auf eine Gewichtsscheibe der Hantel nach Fig. 1.
- Gleiche Bauteile der Hantel nach den Fig. 1 und 2 sind mit den gleichen Bezugszeichen versehen.
- Die Hantel nach der Zeichnung weist eine Griffstange 2 mit ballig ausgebildetem mittleren Griffteil 4 auf und einen äußeren Gewichtsscheibenteil 6, auf das Gewichtsscheiben 8, 10, 12, 14 auswechselbar aufsteckbar sind. Der Umfang der Gewichtsscheibenteile 6 der Griffstange 2 ist mit vier Bajonettverschlußteilen versehen, von denen zwei 16, 18 dargestellt sind. Die Gewichtsscheiben weisen Innenbohrungen auf, von denen nur zwei 2o und 22 für die Gewichtsscheiben 8 und 1o dargestellt sind und in deren Wandung die zu den Bajonettverschlußteilen 16, 18 komplementär ausgebildeten Bajonettverschlußteile 24, 26 ausgebildet sind. Für die Scheiben 12 und 14 sind die Bajonettverschlußteile nicht eingezeichnet. Durch den Griffteil 4 wird eine Schulter 28 gebildet,die als Anschlag für die jeweils innerste Gewichtsscheibe dient. Die Gewichtsscheiben sind als Hohlkörper ausgebildet und mit bekannten Füllmitteln, wie Wasser, Sand, Steinen, Bleischrot, Metallteilen usw. gefüllt. Zum Gebrauchen der Hantel werden Gewichtsscheiben einfach auf den Griff aufgeschoben und durch kurze Drehung mit Hilfe des Bajonettverschlusses lösbar fixiert.
- In der Zeichnung ist nur eine Seite der Hantel dargestellt; es versteht sich aber von selbst, daß die andere Seite gleich ausgebildet ist.
