Claims (18)

1. Dispositif destiné à extraire d'une presse (1) des pièces moulées fraîchement façonnées en forme de plaque, en béton ou en une masse similaire, et pour déposer ces pièces moulées (6) sur un engin de transport comportant au moins une palette (7), avec utilisation d'un chariot (4) qui se déplace par rapport à ladite presse (1) le long d'un mécanisme de guidage muni de tables (5) pour la réception desdites pièces moulées (6) et recevant au moins deux pièces moulées ou une série de ces pièces, juxtaposées perpendiculairement et/ou parallèlement vues dans le sens du déplacement ; ledit dispositif comportant en outre un mécanisme basculant, rotatif autour d'un axe de pivotement horizontal (17) destiné à transférer les pièces moulées de leur position horizontale sur le chariot (4), vers une position verticale sur la palette (7), à savoir reposant sur une arête étroite, de manière que lesdites pièces moulées (6) posées l'une derrière l'autre, vues dans le sens du transfert, puissent être déposées l'une après l'autre, caractérisé par le fait que le chariot (4) se divise, en plusieurs parties de chariot (10, 11) s'étendant parallèlement à la direction de l'axe de rotation (17) en nombre tel que chaque partie de chariot (10, 11) ne supporte qu'une seule pièce moulée (6), ou une seule rangée de pièces moulées (6) placée parallèlement à l'axe de rotation (17), et par le fait que les parties de chariot (10, 11) peuvent être déplacées au moins dans une partie de leur trajet de transfert séparément et en se succédant chronologiquement et par le fait que la position de la table (ou des tables) (5), au moins de la partie de chariot (11) qui suit la partie de chariot (10) la plus proche du plan de pose est déterminée par la composition d'un mouvement en forme d'arc de cercle et d'un mouvement rectilinéaire, exécutés pendant l'exécution du trajet de transfert.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que le mouvement en forme d'arc de cercle et le mouvement rectilinéaire se combinent en se superposant dans le temps.
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que la force d'entraînement nécessaire au parcours effectué par le mouvement rectilinéaire est dérivée de l'entraînement (25, 26) destiné au parcours du mouvement en arc de cercle, en particulier au mouvement de pivotement autour de l'axe de rotation (17) de la partie de chariot (11).
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait qu'un guidage rectiligne (28) est dirigé horizontalement, dans la position portante de la table ou des tables (5) de la partie de chariot (11) correspondante, dans laquelle les pièces moulées (6) sont placées horizontalement.
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que toutes les parties de chariot (10, 11) peuvent pivoter autour d'un axe de rotation commun (17).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que l'axe de rotation (17) est disposé parallèlement à la direction de déplacement (9).
7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 à 6, caractérisé par le fait qu'en cas de réalisation à deux parties du chariot chacune des parties de chariot (10, 11) présente son propre guidage de déplacement (3), que les deux parties de chariot (10, 11) sont accouplées et qu'uneseule partie de chariot (11) est entraînée, que le mécanisme de pivotement comprend les deux parties de chariot (10, 11) - à savoir la première partie de chariot (10) la plus proche du point de dépose des pièces moulées (6) sur la palette (7) ainsi que la deuxième partie de chariot restante (11) -, lesd i-tes parties de chariot pouvant être pivotées après suppression de leur accouplement réciproque, et que le mécanisme de pivotement pour la deuxième partie de chariot (11) présente un levier (23) sur lequel est prévu un guidage longitudinal (28) s'étendant perpendiculairement à la direction de déplacement (9), le long duquel un élément de guidage (29) peut être déplacé, élément qui pour sa part supporte le guidage de déplacement (3) de la deuxième partie de chariot (11) et qui est relié à une extrémité (32) d'un levier de commande (31) dont l'autre extrémité (30) est reliée solidairement au dispositif à une distance de l'axe de rotation (17) telle que le levier de commande (31) déplace le long du guidage longitudinal (28) l'élément de guidage (29) au cours du mouvement de pivotement du levier (23) entre une position portante déterminée maintenant la pièce moulée horizontalement au commencement du trajet de transfert et une position de dépose déterminée à la fin du trajet de transfert qui maintient la pièce moulée verticalement sur une arête étroite.
8. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le guidage de déplacement de chaque partie de chariot (10, 11) présente deux tringles de guidage (3).
9. Dispositif selon les revendications 7 ou 8, caractérisé par le fait que l'accouplement est formé par une solidarisation entre les deux parties de chariot (10,11), active dans la direction du déplacement (9) et pouvant être annulée dans la direction du pivotement.
10. Dispositif selon la revendication 9, caractérisé par le fait qu'une des parties de chariot (11) présente un ergot (13) qui s'engage solidairement dans un évidement correspondant (12) de l'autre partie de chariot (10), formant ainsi un accouplement forcé.
11. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé par le fait que seule la deuxième partie de chariot (11) est entraînée dans la direction du déplacement (9).
12, Dispositif selon la revendication 11, caractérisé par le fait que la deuxième partie de chariot (11) présente un évidement (16) constitué pour recevoir l'engagement d'un ergot (15) de l'entraînement.
13. Dispositif selon les revendications 11 ou 12, caractérisé par le fait que l'entraînement pour le pivotement de la deuxième partie de chariot (11) est un mécanisme à manivelle (26).
14. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 7 à 13, caractérisé par le fait que le levier (23) pour la deuxième partie de chariot (11) présente une conformation en deux bras dont le premier bras (24) est engagée par le mécanisme à manivelle (26) le guidage longitudinal (28) étant disposé sur le deuxième bras (27).
15. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé par le fait que les deux parties de chariot (10, 11) sont assurées lors du pivotement contre tout déplacement dans le sens du déplacement (9) au moyen d'un dispositif de maintien (33, 34).

Dispositif selon la revendication 15, caractérisé par le fait que le dispositif de maintien présente pour chaque partie de chariot (10, 11) une rainure fixe sur le chariot (33) et un levier (34) solidaire avec le dispositif, levier qui au commencement du mouvement de pivotement de la partie correspondante du chariot s'engage dans la rainure (33) et, commandé par un levier de liaison (35) garantit la solidité de cet engagement même après le pivotement en retour, aussi longtemps que l'autre partie de chariot (11) se trouve soulevée de sa position de déplacement, position portante, en vue de l'exécution du mouvement de transfert.
17. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé par le fait que les arêtes inférieures dans la position de dépose des tables (5) sont prévues des équerres de support (36) escamotables par pivotement, qui saisissent l'arête de dépose des pièces moulées (6) à déposer sur les tables.
