Erfindungsgemäß wird diese Aufgabe bei einer Vorrichtung laut Oberbegriff des Anspruches 1 dadurch gelöst, daß der Schlitten in derart viele sich parallel zur Richtung der Schwenkachse erstreckende Schlittenteile unterteilt ist, daß jeder Schlittenteil nur einen Formling bzw. eine parallel zur Verschwenkachse gelegene Reihe von Formlingen trägt, daß die Schlittenteile wenigstens in einem Teilbereich der Überführungsstrecke getrennt in zeitlicher Aufeinanderfolge gesteuert bewegbar sind und daß die Lage des Tisches bzw. der Tische wenigstens des bzw. der auf den der Absetzstelle nächst benachbarten Schlittenteil folgenden Schlittenteils bzw. Dann läßt sich nämlich in einfacher Weise die Verschiebestellung im Tragzustand einstellen und somit an unterschiedliche Formlingsbreiten anpassen. In dieser Stellung sind also beide Schlittenteile mit dem Verschiebeantrieb verbunden und entlang ihre Führungen 3 zwischen der in Figur 3a dargestellten Stellung zur Übernahme der Formlinge aus den Pressenrahmen und der Tragstellung verschiebbar, aus der heraus die Schlittenteile in die Absetzstellung überführt werden. Da die Schlittenteile bei Beginn der Überführungsbewegung aus den formschlüssigen Eingriffen 12, 13 bzw. 15, 16 ausgehoben und damit von dem Längsverschiebeantrieb abgekuppelt werden, müssen sie gegen eine unbeabsichtigte Verschiebung gesichert werden. Claims (18)

1. Apparatus for removing freshly pressed articles (6) in the form of slabs of concrete or like shapable material from a press (1) and for depositing the articles (6) on to a conveyor means provided with at least one pallet (7), using a carriage which is displaceable with respect to the press (1) along a guide means and which has tables (5) for receiving the articles (6) and which receives at least two articles or rows of articles which are arranged in side-by-side relationship normal and/or parallel to the direction of displacement, and a pivotal means which is rotatable about a horizontal pivot axis (17) for transferring the articles (6) from their horizontal position of reception on the carriage (4) into an upright deposit position on the pallet (7) in such a way that the articles (6) which are laid down one behind the other in the direction of transfer are deposited in succession, characterised in that the carriage (4) is subdivided into such a number of carriage portions (10, 11) extending parallel to the direction of the pivot axis (17) that each carriage portion (10, 11) carries only one article (6) or row of articles (6) parallel to the pivot axis (17), that the carriage portions (10, 11), at least in a portion of the path of transfer movement, are movable separately in a controlled fashion in timed succession and that the position of the table or tables (5) at least of the carriage portion or portions (11) following the carriage portion (10) which is next adjacent to the deposit location, on passing through the transfer path of movement, is defined by the combination of an arcuate movement and a rectilinear movement.
2. Apparatus according to claim 1, characterised in that the arcuate movement and the rectilinear movement are combined by superimposition in respect of time.
3. Apparatus according to claim 2, characterised in that the drive power for the movement through the rectilinear path of movement is derived from the drive (25, 26) for producing the arcuate movement, in particular the pivotal movement about the pivot axis (17) of the carriage portion (11).
4. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that a straight guide means (28) is arranged to extend horizontally in the support position of the table or tables (5) of the associated carriage portion (11), in which position the articles (6) are disposed horizontally.
5. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterised in that all carriage portions (10, 11) are pivotal about a common pivot axis (17).
6. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterised in that the pivot axis (17) is parallel to the direction (9) of displacement.
7. Apparatus according to one of claims 2 to 6, characterised in that, in a construction having two carriage portions, each carriage portion (10, 11) has its own displacement guide (3), that both carriage portions (10, 11) are positively coupled for displacement purposes and only one carriage portion (11) is driven, that the pivotal means embraces the two carriage portions (10, 11)-the first carriage portion (10) which is most closely adjacent to the position for deposit of the articles (6) on the pallet (7) and the remaining second carriage portion (11) - which are arranged to be successively pivotal, with the positive coupling therebetween being released, and that the pivotal means for the second carriage portion (11) comprises a lever (23) which is mounted rotatably about the pivot axis (17) and on which there is provided a longitudinal guide (28) which extends normal to the direction (9) of displacement and along which a guide member (29) is displaceable, which guide member in turn carries the displacement guide (3) of the second carriage portion (11) and is pivotally connected to one end (32) of a control lever (31) whose other end (30) is pivoted to a fixed point of the apparatus at a spacing from the pivot axis (17) in such a way that the control lever (31) displaces the guide member (29) along the guide (28) in the course of the pivotal movement of the lever (23) between a given support position of holding the article horizontal at the beginning of the transfer movement and a given deposit position of holding the article upright at the end of the transfer movement.
8. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 7, characterised in that the displacement guide means of each carriage portion (10, 11) has two guide bars (3).
9. Apparatus according to claim 7 or claim 8, characterised in that the positive coupling is formed by a form-locking connection between the two carriage portions (10, 11), said connection being operative in the direction (9) of displacement and being releasable in the pivotal direction.
10. Apparatus according to claim 9, characterised in that the one carriage portion (11) has a projection (13) which form-lockingly engages into a recess (12) corresponding thereto in the other carriage portion (10), forming the positive coupling.
11. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 10, characterised in that only the second carriage portion (11) is driven, in the direction (9) of displacement.
12. Apparatus according to claim 11, characterised in that the second carriage portion (11) has a recess (16) formed for engagement of a projection (15) of the drive.
13. Apparatus according to claim 11 or claim 12, characterised in that the drive for pivoting the second carriage portion (11) is a crank drive (26).
14. Apparatus according to one of claims 7 to 13, characterised in that the lever (23) for the second carriage portion (11) is of a double-armed construction, the crank drive (26) engaging the first arm (24) thereof and the guide (28) being arranged on the second arm (27) thereof.
15. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 14, characterised in that, in the pivotal movement, the two carriage portions (10, 11) are secured against displacement in the direction (9) of displacement by means of a holding devices (33, 34).
16. Apparatus according to claim 15, characterised in that the holding device for each carriage portion (10, 11) comprises a groove (33) which is fixed with respect to the carriage and a throw-over lever (34) which is pivotally mounted at a fixed point on the apparatus and which at the beginning of the pivotal movement of the associated carriage portion engages into the groove (33) and, controlled by way of a connecting lever (35), secures the condition of engagement even after a return pivotal movement has taken place as long as the other carriage portion (11) is lifted out of its position for displacement or support position, for performing the transfer movement.
17. Apparatus according to one of claims 1 to 16, characterised in that provided on the edges of the tables (5) which are the lower edges in the deposit position are support angles (36) which can be pivoted away and which engage around the deposit edge of the articles (6) which are to be deposited on the tables.
18. Apparatus according to one of claims 7 to 17, characterised in that the control lever (31), to adapt it to different article dimensions, is designed to be variable in length or is replaceable by control levers of suitably different lengths.
