Claims (8)

1. Dispositif encreur pour machines à imprimer, comportant un cylindre d'encrier tournant dans l'encrier, un cylindre de transfert, dont l'enveloppe cylindrique porte un revêtement (29) en une matière élastique, ce revêtement étant muni, sur son enveloppe cylindrique, de plusieurs nervures hélicoïdales, ainsi qu'un cylindre à friction tournant à la vitesse de la machine, contre lequel le cylindre de transfert roule et transfère le film d'encre dans le dispositif encreur, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de transfert (4) roule, avec un contact à pression, contre le cylindre à friction (5), de sorte qu'il se produit aussi un contact continu entre les nervures (30), que le cylindre de transfert (4) peut être entraîné par le cylindre à friction (5) par l'intermédiaire de pignons droits (13, 14, 27, 28) et que les nervures (30) sont toujours appliquées avec une faible pression contre le cylindre d'encrier (3), qui tourne plus lentement.

Dispositif encreur suivant les revendications 1 et 2, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre de transfert (4) porte, sur ses deux faces frontales, des pignons droits (27, 28) se trouvant en prise avec des pignons droits (13, 14) qui sont sur les tourillons d'axe (8, 9) du cylindre à friction (5) et que les pignons droits (13, 14) du cylindre à friction (5) sont sous la pression de ressorts, en contact par friction avec le cylindre à friction (5).

7. Dispositif encreur suivant les revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que la surface de fond des évidements (31) est moins d'1 mm plus profonde que les nervures (30) et que la matière élastique (29) a une dureté de 35-55 shore.
8. Dispositif encreur suivant les revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce que les nervures (30) qui sont sur le revêtement (29) ont 2 mm de large, que la surface de fond des évidements (31) est de 0,2 mm plus profonde que les nervures (30) et que la pente (32) des évidements (31) est de 6° des deux côtés des nervures, pour un diamètre de 85 mm et 12 nervures sur le pourtour du cylindre de transfert (4).
