Claims (6)

1. Dispositif pour la fabrication de rouleaux de bande en écailles (37) consistant en objets souples plats superposés en écailles sur un transporteur à courroie, tels que sacs ou matériaux pour sacs, comprenant un noyau d'embobinage (45) logé dans le support de machine, auquel est fixé au moins une courroie de fixation (40) qui est dévidée d'un rouleau de réserve (39) et qui se tend en la fixant d'en haut sur la bande en écailles (37) pendant que celle-ci s'enroule, comprenant également un transporteur à courroie amenant les pièces à usiner, qui se compose d'au moins d'un cadre (35), portant en ses extrémités opposées des rouleaux (31, 33), et pouvant être pivoté autour de l'axe du premier rouleau (31) et sur les rouleaux duquel (31, 32, 33) court une courroie transporteuse entraînée sans fin (28), comprenant par ailleurs un dispositif (38) pour mettre en contact le cadre (35) avec le noyau d'embobinage (45) ou le rouleau de bande en écailles (37) se formant sur le noyau de manière à ce qu'ils sont entraînés par la bande transporteuse sans fin (28) sur ledit cadre, et comprenant un dispositif de transport pour amener les articles enécailles à la courroie transporteuse, caractérisé par le fait que l'arbre du rouleau d'entraînement de la bande transporteuse (28) est connecté avec un émetteur d'impulsions (41) qui selon des angles de rotation prédéterminés donne à l'arbre des impulsions électriques qui sont comptées par un compteur (42) réglable à un chiffre déterminé, qu'un dispositif (26) palpe les bords des pièces à usiner et remet à zéro le compteur (42) à chaque palpage d'un bord de pièce à usiner, que le compteur (42) lorsqu'il atteint le chiffre programmé arrête le moteur d'entraînement de l'arbre du rouleau d'entraînement et que le moteur est réenclenché seulement lorsque le compteur (42) est remis à zéro par le dispositif (26) palpeur.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que sur un axe (53) disposé transversalement par rapport à la bande transporteuse (28) sont logés deux bras oscillants (47, 49) mobiles en sens longitudinal qui portent en leurs extrémités un tenon (46, 50) recevant un noyau d'embobi- nage (45).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé par le fait que les bras oscillants (47, 49) sont disposés de manière symétriquement inversée l'un par rapport à l'autre et que les tenons (46, 50) sont dirigés vers l'extérieur.

Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé par le fait que les bras oscillants (47, 49) sont reliés l'un à l'autre par une articulation au moyen d'unités piston-cylindre hydrauliques (51, 52) dont les autres extrémités sont liées par une articulation à un chariot (55) qui peut être déplacé dans le guidage d'un support (58) qui est disposé au-dessus de l'axe (53) et parallèlement par rapport à celui-ci.
5. Dispositif selon l'un des revendications 2 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que les bras oscillants (47, 49) sont logés de manière pivotante sur une douille (48) pouvant être déplacée sur l'axe (53).
6. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que le cadre (35) peut être mis en contact avec le noyau d'embobinage (45) ou le rouleau de bande en écailles (37) se formant sur le noyau par une unité piston-cylindre (38) pneumatique.
