Definitions

  • the invention relates to a positively driven rail track for underground operation according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • Forcibly guided railways of underground operations can also be designed as overhead monorails, in particular as monorail monorails. They differ from the overhead monorails used in the overhead operation by the profile shape of the rail tailored to the requirements of the underground operation and its suspensions on the pit extension, as well as by the rail connections, which enable the connection to the chains used for suspension and, in addition, an angled connection on two levels Allow rails.
  • the invention is based on a previously known positively driven rail track of this type (DE-A-2 609 929), in which the trains are driven by locomotives.
  • this track differs from other known embodiments of such positively guided underground railways, in which the trains are driven by a cable drive that rotates in both directions and is usually driven by a reel and is connected to one of the trolleys via a cable arm.
  • diesel-hydraulic drives are generally used.
  • the positively guided monorail which is known as a requirement, combines the positive drive with a non-positive friction wheel drive. Therefore, the pinion of the locomotive only needs to be engaged on the corresponding downhill sections.
  • designs are also possible which are operated exclusively with the pinion engaged.
  • the drive links are formed by toothed rack sections which are connected to one another at their ends with the aid of connecting joints in such a way that there are no division errors in the event of bends in the vertical plane.
  • the racks are in turn slidably attached to the rails of the track associated with them. For this reason, the racks must in turn be fixed, e.g. for monorails to be hung on the pit extension. For practical reasons, this presupposes that the racks are usually designed as so-called ladder racks.
  • such racks are made up of many individual parts and are therefore technically extremely complex structures of considerable weight.
  • the drive links composed of such toothed racks can only be angled in directions that lie outside the joint axis within the constructively predetermined play, so that the track has a track that is spatially articulated only to a limited extent. If you make the articulation too large, there will be division errors at the ends of the racks, which can lead to uneven running of the pinions and damage to the form-fitting parts of the track.
  • the invention is based on the object of combining a technically comparatively constructed drive member with the positively driven rail tracks of underground operations in such a way that the drive member can be bent according to the spatial flexibility of the track of the train.
  • the round link chain is a technically relatively simple structure of all-round bendability with a sufficiently precise division under tensile load for chain wheels. For the positive engagement, only every second chain link is required, so that only these chain links have to be guided and supported in such a way that the reaction forces of the rail drive are dissipated in the chain channel.
  • By fixing the ends of the round link chain one relieves the articulated connections of the track sections and thereby prevents overloads occurring, particularly on the monorail overhead conveyors.
  • the round link chain since the round link chain tries to adjust itself into the chord of the curve, especially in the case of tight curve radii, these forces can be intercepted with corresponding abutments on which the track or the chain channel connected to it is supported.
  • the monorail monorail shown in FIG. 1 has a track 1 made up of individual rail sections 2, which are articulated to one another and are suspended, for example, from the pit extension.
  • the hanging rail 2 has a special profile with reinforced flanges 3 and 4; the trolleys, not shown, of the web are designed as bottom flange sliders. Your roles therefore roll on the inner flanks of the flange 3.
  • Traverses 6 are fastened, for example welded, at intervals on the upper side 5 of the upper flange 4.
  • the cross members each connect a chain channel 7 or 7 'to one another in a form-fitting manner.
  • each chain channel is designed as a hollow profile.
  • the outline of the inner cross-section is designed so that there is a guide for every second, according to the exemplary embodiment, each vertical chain link 8 of a round link chain, the intermediate links 9 of which according to the exemplary embodiment lie in corresponding pockets of a gearwheel 10 with its teeth 11 between the parallel ones Legs 12, 14 of the chain links 8 engages.
  • the gear 10 forms, together with a disc 15, a chain wheel 16, which transmits the drive energy of a locomotive running on trolleys.
  • the inner cross-section of the chain channels 7, 7 ' which correspond to one another in their details, is formed by two parallel flanks 19, 20 each having a square recess 21, 21' adapted to the chain steel of the chain links 8 and a further square recess 22 arranged at right angles thereto whose bottom 23, the intermediate members 9 can be supported.
  • the chain links 9 are arranged above the floor.
  • the opening 24, 25 of each chain channel delimited by the parallel flanks 19, 20 allows the positive parts of the chain wheels 16 to engage. According to the exemplary embodiment in FIG. 1, these openings are provided on opposite sides of the chain channels 7, 7 'laid parallel to one another.
  • a chain channel 31 is fastened on the lower flange 3 of the travel rail 1, specifically on its underside 30, so that its opening 32 is at the bottom.
  • the track has only one or more sprockets 33 on its underside.
  • the reaction forces of the sprockets 33 are supported by the running wheels of the locomotive designed as lower flange sliders which roll on the flanks 34, 35.
  • the 3 is a positively guided underground railroad track, the track of which consists of two parallel rails 40, 41, which may be curved in curves, and is generally designated by 42.
  • the rails 40, 41 are connected at intervals to sleepers 43 to the track 42. They consist of U-profiles, which are arranged back to back, the profile webs 44 being vertical and the web being positively guided between the flanges 45, 45 '.
  • the chain channel 49 in turn consists of profile sections 46 which are fastened to the sleepers 43 with a flat underside 47.
  • the opening 48 is oriented upwards, so that the sprocket 16 running in the middle of the track can engage the horizontally standing chain links from above.
  • reaction forces are transmitted to the locomotive from a counter-holder 50, which is supported by an angle leg 51 under the guidance, i.e. the hollow profile of the chain channel slides on a continuous surface 52.
  • the chain at one end, e.g. B. outside the chain channel on the pit extension.
  • the other end is received by a tensioning device, for example also fastened to the pit extension.
  • a tensioning device for example also fastened to the pit extension.
  • Such a clamping device can e.g. be carried out hydraulically, the chain end being attached to the cylinder end or to the piston rod end.
  • This chain laying and tensioning has the advantage that the track is not affected. However, the chain adjusts itself in the tendon of any existing curves.
  • support for the track can be provided at several points, for example on the pit extension.
  • a chain channel 60 with two openings 61, 62 is used on the track 1 of a monorail overhead conveyor for the engagement of three chain wheels 63-65 (FIG. 6) according to the exemplary embodiment, of which the two wheels 64, 65 engage through the opening 62 in the round link chain 59, while the wheel 63 serves as a counter-holder and engages through the opening 61 in the same round link chain 59.
  • the teeth of the chain wheels 63-64 engage between the link legs 66, 67 of the vertical chain links 68, while the horizontal intermediate links 69-72 come to lie pockets 74 of the chain wheels arranged between the teeth 73.
  • the chain channel consists of two congruent profiles 76, 77 which have grooves 78 on the mutually facing surfaces for guiding the vertical chain links 68.
  • the flat steel profiles 76, 77 are held together by bolts 79 which have key surfaces 80 in the middle and threads 81, 82 running in opposite directions at their ends.
  • the arrangement is such that the bolts 79 are enclosed by the horizontal chain links 69, 72.
  • each of the horizontal chain links does not have to enclose a bolt.
  • a few bolts are often sufficient to hold profiles 76 and 77 together over a partial length.
  • the bolts also do not need to reach through the horizontal chain links 69-72, but can be arranged next to the chain links in order to be able to pull in the chain in the manner described.
