  • the thus produced, linearly connected double film is then fed to the punching station S, in which the necessary insertion pockets are punched out by means of the punching device.
  • the film When the double film is fed to the punching station, the film preferably runs through a pair of pulling rollers which ensure uniform removal from the film rolls 1 and 2. Behind the pair of pull rollers, a hanging loop is formed with the connected double foils, since the removal by the punching station 11 is, however, clocked in sections.

  • a suction chamber 39 is provided behind the contact blocks 20 and is connected to a suction device 28. A negative pressure can be created in the suction chamber 39 via the suction device 28.
  • the contact blocks 20 are designed with suction channels 29 or porous, so that an air flow through the contact blocks 20 into the suction chambers 39 occurs when a vacuum is present.

  • the adhesive application 16 on the sheet 14 now holds the pockets, so that they are attached at the intended locations in the desired manner.
  • the sheet carrier 33 is then pivoted further so that the punching tool can start again in a new cycle with the first step. Since the insertion pockets in the rear section of the film web 3 are also punched out in the front part of the film web 3 at the same time as the first work step in each cycle, the operative workflow provides that the punching tool is lowered alternately and then the sheet carrier 33 with the one lying thereon Sheet 14 removes the pockets from the punch.
