Claims (5)

1. Procédé pour stériliser un emballage formé par emboutissage à partir d'une bande de matériau synthétique thermoplastique, dans lequel la face interne de l'emballage est sous l'action d'un fluide caloporteur, gaz ou vapeur, et simultanément la face externe est sous l'action d'un produit de refroidissement, caractérisé par le moyen que, dans le cas d'un emballage ayant sa forme finale et conçu comme récipient (3) en forme de gobelet, pendant le traitement thermique de la face interne du récipient, sa face externe est maintenue en place, de par la forme, à l'aide d'un corps (20), solide, refroidi, qui correspond à la forme du récipient.
2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la paroi du récipient (3) est tirée par dépression contre le corps refroidi (20).
3. Installation pour l'exécution du procédé selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, comportant un dispositif pour l'introduction d'un fluide caloporteur, gaz ou vapeur, à l'intérieur du récipient, caractérisée par le moyen que, au voisinage du dispositif (23) d'introduction du fluide caloporteur, est disposé, du côté externe du récipient (3), le corps solide (20) refroidi, présentant une cavité (21) en forme de gobelet, adaptée au contour externe du récipient (3), cavité dont la paroi vient au contact de la face externe du récipient.
4. Installation selon la revendication 3, caractérisée par le moyen que des passages d'aspiration (33), qui débouchent dans la cavité (21), sont disposés dans le corps refroidi (20).
5. Installation selon la revendication 3 ou la revendication 4, caractérisée par le moyen qu'elle est disposée dans une chambre (18) sous atmosphère stérile, chambre dans laquelle sont en outre disposés des dispositifs de remplissage (15) et d'obturation (16).
