Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à l'industrie alimentaire et peut s'utiliser également dans d'autres domaines dans lesquels on effectue la distribution de liquides dans des récipients faits d'un matériau dont la température de ramollissement est inférieure à la température du produit liquide distribué. L'invention vise à rendre plus aisé et économique le processus de distribution à chaud tout en respectant la propreté biologique de la boisson à distribuer, qui s'effectue dans un récipient en PET non modifié. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à remplir avec une boisson chaude des récipients dont la température de ramollissement du matériau est inférieure à la température de la boisson distribuée; la surface externe du récipient est refroidie par un liquide avant, pendant et après la distribution de la boisson. Le refroidissement peut s'effectuer dans un milieu fluide, à l'intérieur d'un volume restreint, et s'accompagner d'une agitation intensive du liquide de refroidissement. Le procédé de l'invention est mis en oeuvre au moyen d'un dispositif qui comprend un convoyeur d'acheminement de récipients vides, une machine de distribution, des étoiles intermédiaires, une machine de bouchage, un convoyeur pour récipients bouchés, un tunnel de refroidissement et un convoyeur d'amenée de coupes, une unité d'insertion de récipients dans des couples, une unité de séparation des récipients d'avec les coupes, un système d'amenée de liquide de refroidissement dans les coupes, qui se présente comme un système de tuyauterie connecté via un refroidisseur, lesdites tuyauteries reliant un bac, un commutateur et des tuyaux de répartition, fixés sur le tambour de la machine de distribution et raccordés par des flexibles aux tubulures d'amenée de liquide de refroidissement dans des coupes, ainsi que des systèmes de tuyauterie et de tubulures destinés à l'amenée du liquide de refroidissement dans des couples sur les étoiles, la machine de bouche et le convoyeur de récipients bouchés, respectivement. Les coupes peuvent comporter des orifices destinés à la circulation du liquide de refroidissement et des guides destinés au centrage du récipient.
