Abstract

Une bouteille 1 obtenue par étirage biaxial et moulage est refroidie à force du fait que sa surface extérieure vient au contact d'un fluide de refroidissement 10 comme de l'eau froide ou du gaz froid pour éviter sa déformation sous l'effet de la chaleur d'un liquide que l'on verse dans la bouteille et l'élution sous l'effet de cette chaleur de tout constituant dont la bouteille est moulée, ladite bouteille étant un produit moulé d'une résine polyester saturé, en particulier de polyéthylène téréphtalate, qui ne présente qu'une faible résistance à la chaleur comme les bouteilles faites d'autres résines synthétiques et étant remplie d'un liquide chauffé à température élevée aux fins de stérilisation, au moment même où on le verse dans cette bouteille et qui peut ensuite revenir à la température ambiante ou se refroidir. Pendant que l'on verse le liquide 10 dans la bouteille 1 par son goulot ouvert 2, le fluide de refroidissement 10 fourni pour refroidir la bouteille ne peut pas s'écouler dans la bouteille par son goulot ouvert et apporter ainsi les impuretés dans le liquide de la bouteille De plus, on a apporte une amélioration de structure pour éviter toute interaction de la poussée qui s'exerce entre le goulot de la bouteille et les couvercles étanches venant à son contact pour éviter une déformation thermique du goulot de la bouteille qu'il est difficile de refroidir avec le fluide de refroidissement.
