Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à l'industrie alimentaire et peut s'utiliser également dans d'autres domaines dans lesquels on effectue la distribution de liquides dans des récipients faits d'un matériau dont la température de ramollissement est inférieure à la température du produit liquide distribué. Le procédé de l'invention consiste à remplir avec une boisson chaude des récipients dont la température de ramollissement du matériau est inférieure à la température de la boisson distribuée, la surface externe du récipient est refroidie par un liquide avant, pendant et après la distribution de la boisson. On utilise en tant que matériau du récipient le PET non modifié. Le refroidissement s'effectue par l'aspersion via l'action sur le récipient avec de l'eau de refroidissement éjectée à partir de têtes mobiles ou immobiles. Les têtes immobiles sous pression aspergent les liquides qui se déplacent devant elles de manière à former une onde d'aspersion mobile avec les récipients en déplacement.
