Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine de l'industrie alimentaire et peut s'utiliser pour un liquide chaud, par exemple, une boisson dans un récipient constitué d'un matériau dont la température de ramollissement est inférieure à la température du liquide distribué. On agit sur le récipient avec un fluide de refroidissement avant, pendant et après la distribution du liquide. A cet effet, le récipient (7) est disposé sur un transporteur (1) qui déplace ledit récipient au-delà de la bride de la partie goulot via un échangeur de chaleur (6) comportant le fluide de refroidissement, qui est disposé dans un circuit hydraulique clos qui répète le contour curviligne du schéma de distribution et de bouchage du dispositif. Le fluide de refroidissement circule dans le système de manière forcée. L'invention permet d'assurer une bonne résistance de la forme du récipient, une réduction des coûts du processus de distribution et une pureté élevée de la boisson distribuée.
