  • the cover body 210 is then presented above the pressurized container, the cover body 210 being angularly oriented relative to the sleeve 230 so that the ends of the two guide wings 216 can penetrate inside the two notches 233, 234 of the sleeve; the cover body 210 is then force fitted onto the sleeve 230 to allow the latter to be crossed by the two hooking notches 212 of the cover body; this driving-in movement is continued until the lower edge of the sleeve comes to bear on the two hooking notches 212 and the ends 216a, 216b of the two guide wings 216 abut against the bottom of the two notches 233, 234 of the sleeve.

Claims (22)

1. Abgabekappe zur Verbindung mit einem Druckbehälter (1, 200) nach Art einer Aerosolbombe, wobei die Kappe aus zwei Teilen, einem festen und einem beweglichen, gefertigt ist, wobei der feste Kappenteil zum einen einen Kappenkörper (10, 210) umfaßt, der mit Mitteln zum Befestigen auf dem Druckbehälter (1, 200) versehen ist, und zum anderen eine Hülse (30, 230) umfaßt, die ins Innere des Kappenkörpers (10, 210) eingesetzt ist und im wesentlichen auf einem Element des Druckbehälters (1, 200) in Anschlag gelangt und Mittel aufweist, die ihre Zentrierung bezüglich der Ventilkuppel (4, 204) des Behälters (1, 200) sicherstellen, wobei Mittel vorgesehen sind, um die Winkelpositionierung des Kappenkörpers (10, 210) bezüglich der Hülse (30, 230) sicherzustellen, wobei der bewegliche Teil der Abgabekappe aus einem Druckknopf (20, 220) besteht, der mit dem Auslaß (6, 207) des Ausstoßventils des Behälters (1,200) zusammenwirkt, wobei der Druckknopf (20, 220) eine Ausstoßdüse und eine Leitung (23, 24; 221, 222, 223) aufweist, welche den Auslaß (6, 207) des Ventils mit der Düse verbindet, wobei der Druckknopf (20, 220) einstückig mit der Hülse (30, 230) geformt ist und über eine Öffnung in der Wand des Kappenkörpers (10, 210) betätigt werden kann, wobei weiterhin ein Fenster (13, 213) in der Seitenwand des Kappenkörpers (10, 210) gegenüber der Ausstoßdüse des Druckknopfes (20, 220) angebracht ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung, welche die Betätigung des Druckknopfes (20, 220) erlaubt, in der Oberwand (15, 215) der Kappe angebracht ist, wobei der Druckknopf (20, 220) mit der Hülse (30, 230) ein einziges Stück bildet und bezüglich der Hülse mittels eines Gelenkscharniers (35, 235) gelenkig verbunden ist, wobei die Hülse (30, 230) von außen gesehen zum einen zwei konkave Abschnitte (36a, 36b, 236) aufweist, die einander gegenüberliegen und mit der Quetschwulst (5, 205) der Ventilkuppel in Anschlag gelangen können und zum anderen zwei konvexe Abschnitte (31a, 31 b, 231, 232) in Kreisbogenform aufweist, die ebenfalls einander gegenüberliegend angeordnet sind, wobei der Außendurchmesser der beiden konvexen Abschnitte (31a, 31b, 231, 232) im wesentlichen gleich dem Innendurchmesser der zylindrischen Seitenwand (11, 211) des Kappenkörpers (10, 210) sind, um die Zentrierung des Kappenkörpers auf der Hülse zu gewährleisten, und wobei einer der konvexen Abschnitte mit dem Druckknopf (20, 220) unter Bildung des Scharniergelenks (35,235) verbunden ist.
2. Kappe nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß Mittel vorgesehen sind, welche das Herabdrücken des Druckknopfes (20, 220) um seine Gelenkachse (35, 235) in einem Sinn entgegengesetzt zur Öffnung des Ventils begrenzen, wobei diese Mittel aus mindestens einem seitlichen Anschlag (26, 226) bestehen, der mit dem Druckknopf (20, 220) verbunden ist und mit dem Unterrand eines Führungslappens (19,40, 216) des Kappenkörpers zusammenwirkt.
3. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckknopf (20, 220) beim Entnehmen aus der Form im Inneren der Hülse (30, 230) mittels mindestens einer Abreißlasche (39, 241), welche durch Guß geformt ist, fixiert ist.
4. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (10, 210) innen Elemente aufweist, welche die Führung des Druckknopfes (20, 220) in einer Ebene durch die Verschiebeachse des Ventilauslasses (6, 207) und rechtwinklig zur Gelenkachse (35, 235) sicherstellen.

Kappe nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente des Druckknopfes von zwei Lappen (19, 40, 216) gebildet sind, zwischen denen der Druckknopf (20, 220) einsitzt, wobei diese Lappen auf beiden Seiten des Fensters (13, 213) des Kappenkörpers angeordnet sind, gegenüber dem die Ausstoßdüse des Druckknopfes (20, 220) angeordnet ist.

Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Öffnung in der Wand der Kappe (10, 210) zur Betätigung des Druckknopfes (20, 220) in der Oberwand (15, 215) des Kappenkörpers angebracht und von einer Versiegelungsplatte (16, 217) verschlossen ist, die durch Abreißlaschen (17, 218), welche durch den Guß gebildet sind, mit der Oberwand (15, 215) verbunden ist.
7. Kappe nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versiegelungsplatte (16, 217) mit einer deformierbaren Zunge (45, 219) versehen ist, die zu einer Versuchsprüfung die Betätigung des Druckknopfes (20, 220) erlaubt, ohne die Versiegelungsplatte abzureißen.

Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (10) an seiner Basis ein Einschnappelement (12) aufweist, das mit einem entsprechenden Einschnappelement (7) auf der Behälterwand zusammenwirkt, wobei der Kappenkörper (10) so mit der Hülse (30) in Anschlag steht, daß die Hülse in Anschlag auf dem Quetschwulst (5) der Ventilkuppel (4) des Behälters aufsitzt.
9. Kappe nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, welche die Winkelpositionierung des Kappenkörpers (10) bezüglich der Hülse (30) bewirken, gleichzeitig die Hülse (30) auf dem Quetschwulst (5) der Behälterventilkuppel (4) in Anschlag halten.
10. Kappe nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Mittel, welche die Winkelpositionierung des Kappenkörpers (10) bezüglich der Hülse (30) bewirken, mindestens einen Anschlag (42, 43) umfassen, der von der inneren Seitenwand (11) des Kappenkörpers (10) hervorspringend vorgesehen ist, sowie mindestens eine Kerbe (34) in der Hülse (30), welche den Anschlag (42,43) aufnimmt.

Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Zentriermittel der Hülse (30) von zwei Zapfen gebildet sind, die im wesentlichen parallel zur Achse der Hülse angeordnet und von den zwei konkaven Abschnitten (36a, 36b) der Hülse hervorspringend angeordnet sind, wobei die zwei Zapfen ins Innere der Ventilkuppel (4) des Behälters einrasten. 12. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (11) des Kappenkörpers (10) mit einem unterbrochenen ringförmigen Kranz (12) versehen ist, der ins Innere einer Umfangsrille (7) auf dem Behälterkörper einschnappt.
13. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Hülse (230) Mittel (237) aufweist, um sie auf der Quetschwulst (205) der Behälterventilkuppel (204) einzuhaken.
14. Kappe nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einhakmittel (237) der Hülse (230) mindestens zwei Gabelungen in ihrem Inneren aufweisen, die mit dem Quetschwulst (205) der Ventilkuppel in Eingriff gelangen.
15. Kappe nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Einhakgabelungen (237) im wesentlichen symmetrisch bezüglich der Achse der Hülse (230) sind, wobei die zwei innenliegenden Flügel (238) der Gabelungen mit der inneren Umfangswand der Quetschwulst (235) zusammenwirken.

Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 14 oder 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der äußere Flügel (239) jeder Einhakgabelung ein gekrümmtes Profil aufweist, das im wesentlichen dem konvex gekrümmten Profil des Quetschwulstes (205) entspricht und in einem Kranz (240) endigt, der ins Innere einer Umfangsrille (206) einschnappt, die in der Verbindungszone des Quetschwulstes (205) mit dem Behälterkörper liegt, wenn sich die Hülse (230) im wesentlichen in Anschlag mit dem Quetschwulst befindet.
17. Kappe nach einem der Ansprüche 13 bis 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kappenkörper (210) über eine Schnappverbindung auf der Hülse (230) befestigt ist.
18. Kappe nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Seitenwand (211) des Kappenkörpers (210) mindestens eine innere Kerbe aufweist, die mit dem Umfangsrand der Hülse (230) zusammenwirkt, die in Anschlag auf dem Quetschwulst (205) der Ventilkuppel gelangt, wenn der gegenüberliegende Umfangsrand der Hülse im wesentlichen in Anschlag auf einem mit dem Kappenkörper verbundenen Element (216) gelangt.
19. Kappe nach Anspruch 5 und 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zwei Führungslappen (216) des Kappenkörpers (210) in die zwei Einschnürungen eingreifen, die in den konvex gekrümmten Abschnitten (231, 232) der Hülse (230) angebracht sind, und das Element des Kappenkörpers bilden, gegen welches die Hülse (230) im wesentlichen in Anschlag gelangt.
20. Anordnung, gebildet aus einem Druckbehälter nach Art einer Aerosolbombe und einer Abgabekappe nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19.
21. Anordnung nach Anspruch 20, bei der die Seitenwand des Kappenkörpers einen Kranz trägt, der ins Innere einer Umfangsrille einschnappt, die auf dem Druckbehälter angeordnet ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckbehälter (1) durch Prägen und Formen aus einem Metallplättchen gebildet ist und lanzettbogenförmig in dem Bereich ausgebildet ist, der dem Boden gegenüberliegt, wobei eine Ventilkuppel durch Bördelung am Ende des Bogens (3) fixiert ist.
22. Anordnung nach Anspruch 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Umfangsrille (7) auf dem Druckbehälter (1) in der Verbindungszone des Bogens (3) mit der zylindrischen Seitenwand (2) des Behälterkörpers angebracht ist.
