Abstract

The cover is in two patrs, the lower (20) having tapering sides (26, 30) and a slot (34). In its base (38) is a control lever (28) joined to a push button (52), which fits over the container valve and is operated by a vertical extension (50). On one side, at the top (70), is a button (74) joined (76) onto an opening (72). The whole clips over the container, with stops (24). The top (22) also has tapering sides (80) to fit over the lower part (20). In these are two openings (84, 86), diametrically opposite, one for the control lever, the other for discharge of the contents. A hole (88) takes the locking button (74) and lugs (90) clip under the lower part.
