Definitions

  • the invention relates to a method for producing a personal protection bunker consisting of an approximately prismatic, elongated, prefabricated housing having a pressure-resistant, thick concrete shell and a built-in, pressure-resistant, thick concrete partition wall separating the interior of the housing into two compartments.
  • the object of the invention is to provide a method with which a personal protection bunker of the aforementioned type can be produced more efficiently.
  • this task has two solutions.
  • One is that in a thin-walled steel-reinforced lightweight concrete prefabricated housing, two formwork walls with ventilation installations and access boxes, which are arranged at a distance equal to the thickness of the concrete intermediate wall that is still to be manufactured, are built in, at least one pouring opening is left in the housing in the area between these formwork walls, the prefabricated housing without the pressure-resistant partition wall is transported to the installation site and this is only formed there by pouring concrete through the pouring opening, and that the housing is used as internal formwork for a pressure-resistant exterior concrete body, which is also produced at the installation site.
  • a thin-walled steel armored, open, lightweight concrete prefabricated housing is transported to the installation site, that a slide-in part is manufactured separately, which has the pressure-resistant concrete partition wall as well as built-in ventilation installations and a access box, that the slide-in part is transported separately to the installation site and through there the front housing opening is retracted into the housing and firmly connected to it, and that the housing is used as internal formwork for a pressure-resistant external concrete body that is manufactured at the installation site.
  • the housing is prismatic and consists of the two vertical longitudinal side walls 12, the rear end wall 14, the bottom 16, the front end wall 18 and the ceiling 20.
  • FIG. 2 illustrates the insertion of a slide-in element 22 into the housing cavity, which is still open at the end, on a bracket of a truck.
  • This insert part can of course also be retracted by a crane using a boom.
  • the insert part 22 has a transverse wall 26 which fits exactly into the housing in width and height.
  • a narrow partition wall 28 projects from the transverse wall 26 and has an opening 30 closed by a door in its upper half. This partition is used for the later division of a filter room from an emergency exit chamber. It is essential that the insert part 22 has the entire filter system with pipeline installations, the ventilation system and the lighting. As will be explained below.
  • the insertion part 22 is pushed into the housing 10 until the partition 28 abuts the rear wall 14 of the housing.
  • two separate chambers are formed, namely a filter chamber, which in plan view is to the left of the partition wall 28 and an emergency exit chamber in the form of a shaft, which is to the right of the partition wall.
  • a filter chamber which in plan view is to the left of the partition wall 28
  • an emergency exit chamber in the form of a shaft, which is to the right of the partition wall.
  • the ceiling 20 of the housing has an opening which is covered by an attachment 40 which has a gas-tight closure flap.
  • a second transverse wall can also be retracted in the same way and positioned at a corresponding distance from the front housing opening, so that the passenger lounge is formed between the two transverse walls.
  • this second transverse wall also has an access door. 4, the front opening is closed by means of a cover plate 18 which has a stem 24 containing the access door.
  • the partition wall 28 is located on the front plate, as seen in the insertion direction.
  • a base 34 is fastened to this partition wall 28 and the adjacent transverse wall panel 32 and rests on the housing base 16 in the inserted state of the insertion part 22.
  • This floor 34 carries a number of filter elements 36 to which a ventilation pipe 38 is connected, which leads through the wall panels 32, 32 out of the filter chamber into the lounge.
  • Another ventilation pipe 42 leads from the emergency exit chamber through the partition 28 into the upper region of the filter chamber and in the same vertical plane as the pipe 38 through the double-walled wall 32, 32 to the hand-operated pump 44, which is located on the rear panel 32 facing the lounge is appropriate.
  • the panels 32 are divided, as is illustrated at 46 and 47. This makes assembly easier.
  • the insert part 22 On the right-hand side, the insert part 22 has a door box 50 with a gas-tight door, which connects the passenger lounge with the emergency exit chamber below the attachment 40.
  • the position for the transverse wall panels 32 and the partition wall 34 is illustrated in dashed lines in the housing 10.
  • the inner surfaces of the side walls 12 of the housing are roughened in the area between the position of the wall panels 32 by means of ribbed metal strips 52 embedded in concrete (FIG. 5).
  • the same is provided for the floor 16 and at least in the corner areas of the ceiling 18.
  • the side walls in this area have a plurality of pairs of holes 54 lying one above the other, for a purpose which will be explained below.
  • a concrete pouring slot 48 (Fig.1).
  • the insertion part 22 is retracted in the manner described in FIG. 2 until the partition wall 28 abuts the rear housing wall.
  • the wall panels 32 are thus in the predetermined position.
  • reinforcement brackets 56 are pushed through the pairs of holes 54 in the side walls 12 into the space between the wall panels 32.
  • the brackets are in the dashed position on the outside of the side walls 12.
  • the housing thus finished is then transported to the place of use, although it is of course also possible to transport the housing blank 10 and the insert parts including the cover separately and to join them together at the place of use.
  • the brackets 56 are first pulled out by a certain distance equal to the thickness of the concrete shell and fastened to an external formwork in the form of ribbed, expanded metal walls 64.
  • the outer formwork surrounds the entire housing including the stem 24 and the lower half of the attachment 40, as is schematically illustrated in FIG. 1.
  • Concrete is first poured through the pouring slot 48 between the panels 32, the strips 52 in the side walls 12 ensuring good adhesion, so that gas tightness is ensured even after the concrete has shrunk. Thanks to the reinforcement bracket 56, the concrete transverse wall 62 between the panels 32 is connected to the concrete outer shell 66 in a pressure-resistant manner.
  • the advantage of the invention is that the entire technical equipment of the personal protection room can be installed on a prefabricated component that is easily accessible on all sides, so that simple and efficient production results. Transporting the slide-in parts is easy. It can take place to the concrete plant, which builds the housing, so that the closed bunker housing can be manufactured there, as is also possible to retract the insert parts at the place of use.
  • a profile rail 67 is concreted in flush with the inner surface of the ceiling in the ceiling 20 of the housing.
  • This rail extends from the front edge of the housing to close to the rear wall 18.
  • the insert part 22 has an upstanding stud bolt 68 with a plastic sliding piece which can be inserted into the rail 67, with the insert part being centered with respect to the housing opening. With little force, the insert part 22 can now be pushed backwards because the ceiling is designed to slope slightly towards the rear.
  • the insertion part 22 is hooked into the rail, e.g. by means of a transport and transfer rail provided on the transport vehicle, which is aligned with the rail 67 and brought into frontal contact.
