Claims (3)

1. Dispositif pour la régulation de la tension d'une bande continue de marchandise (1) provenant d'un rouleau d'alimentation, avec un cylindre baladeur (3) autour duquel passe la bande continue (1) et auquel est raccordé un organe de commande mécanique (4) dont la déviation agit sur un groupe de soupapes pneumatiques (10, 11) qui contrôle, dans un système de conduites de pression équipé d'organes d'étranglement (14, 15), la pression pneumatique appliquée au cylindre (22) d'un frein pneumatique servant au freinage du mouvement de la bande continue de marchandise, l'organe de commande (4) étant mobile entre deux positions extrêmes dans chacune desquelles est actionnée une soupape (10, 11) qui est intercalée, en série avec un organe d'étranglement (14, 15) dans une conduite pneumatique (12, 13), ces deux soupapes étant en communication avec un réservoir d'air comprimé (19) qui alimente le cylindre de frein (22), le soupape (10) qui est actionnée en cas de diminution de la tension de la bande continue de marchandise (1) étant intercalée dans une conduite (12) qui est sous pression et mettant le réservoir d'air comprimé (19) en communication avec la source d'air comprimé (15a) lorsqu'elle est actionnée par l'organe de commande (4), tandis que la soupape (11) qui, est actionnée en cas d'augmentation de la tension de la bande continue de marchandise (1) est intercalée dans une conduite (13) débouchant dans l'atmosphère et met le réservoir d'air comprimé (19) en communication avec l'atmosphère lorsqu'elle est actionnée, caractérisé en ce que l'organe de commande en question est un levier (4) monté pivotant et précontraint par un ressort de traction (6), levier qui peut pivoter entre deux interrupteurs de fin de course pour actionner les soupapes en question (10, 11), intercalées chacune dans une conduite pneumatique (12, 13), et en ce que le réservoir d'air comprimé (19) lui-même alimente en plus second cylindre de frein pneumatique (27) par l'intermédiaire d'une soupape électromagnétique (25) qui peut être actionnée en cas d'arrêt d'urgence.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un multiplicateur de pression (26) est prévu entre la soupape électromagnétique (25) et le second cylindre de frein (27).
3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que pour l'arrêt normal de la machine qui traite la bande continue de marchandise, le réservoir d'air comprimé (19) alimente en plus un troisième cylindre de frein pneumatique (32), par l'intermédiaire d'un organe d'étranglement (30) et d'une soupape (31).
