Claims (11)

1. Dispositif de verrouillage pour portes d'appareils électroménagers, en particulier de machines à laver, comprenant un poussoir ou pène (12, 12') monté dans la boîte (1) du dispositif et pouvant coulisser entre deux positions de fin de course, de même qu'un électro-aimant agissant sur la position du pène, caractérisé en ce que l'armature (7) de l'électro-aimant, chargée par un ressort de compression (9, 9'), peut être manoeuvrée par des impulsions en vue du verrouillage et du déverrouillage ou libération du dispositif de verrouillage et en ce que l'armature (7) est reliée par action de force au pène (12, 12') par un dispositif de basculement ou d'inversion (11 a, 11b, 13, 14, 11 a', 11b', 13', 14', 22 à 24) commandé par un poussoir (8, 8') coulissant dans le sens de mouvement de l'armature, le dispositif de basculement et avec lui le pène prenant chaque fois l'une de deux positions de fin de course stables.
2. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de basculement bistable possède un prolongement (14) relié au pène (12), les sens de coulissement du poussoir (8) et du prolongement (14) étant perpendiculaires, en ce que le poussoir (8) et le prolongement (14) présentent chacun une cheville (11 a) respectivement (11b), entre lesquelles est disposé le ressort de compression (9), en ce que le prolongement (14) présente une surface de butée (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) en forme de W inversé, qui est dirigée vers le poussoir (8), et en ce que le poussoir (8) porte une palette flexible (13) en matériau résistant à l'écrasement, qui s'étend jusqu'à proximité de la surface de butée (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) du prolongement (14).
3. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de basculement bistable possède un prolongement (14') relié au pène (12'), les sens de coulissement du poussoir (8') et du prolongement (14') étant perpendiculaires, en ce qu'une pièce d'inversion (22) est disposée rotative autour d'un axe (23) de la boîte (1) du dispositif entre le prolongement (14') et le poussoir (8'), la pièce d'inversion (22) présentant une fourchette (24) par laquelle elle entoure partiellement une cheville (11b') faisant saillie du prolongement (14') et la pièce d'inversion (22) présentant d'un côté une surface de butée en W inversé (15a', 15b', 16a', 16b') dirigée vers le poussoir (8') et de l'autre côté une protubérance (22a) dirigée vers le poussoir (8'), en ce que le ressort de compression (9') est à peu près en S et est disposé entre la protubérance (22a) de la pièce d'inversion (22) et la cheville (11 a') du poussoir (8') et en ce que le poussoir (8') porte une palette (13') en metière plastique résistante à l'écrasement et s'étendant jusqu'à proximité de la surface de butée (15a', 15b', 16a', 16b') de la pièce (22).
4. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la surface de butée (15a, 15b, 16a, 16b) dirigée vers le poussoir (8) est disposée symétriquement par rapport à la cheville (11 b) sur le prolongement (14).
5. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que la surface de butée (15a', 15b', 16a', 16b') dirigée vers le poussoir (8') est disposée symétriquement par rapport à l'axe (23) de la pièce d'inversion (22).
6. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 1 et la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que l'axe longitudinal (17) du poussoir (8; 8') coincide avec l'axe longitudinal de l'armature (7) et en ce que la face d'extrémité supérieure de l'armature (7) s'applique contre la face d'extrémité inférieure du poussoir (8; 8').
7. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (14; 14') présente deux barrettes de guidage (12a, 12b; 12a', 12b') qui sont disposées mobiles dans des ouvertures de la boîte (1) et en ce que l'une des barrettes (12b; 12b') forme la liaison entre le prolongement (14; 14') et le pène (12; 12').
8. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la cheville (11 a; 11 a') du poussoir (8; 8') est située sur l'axe de coulissement (17) et la cheville (11 b; 11 b') du prolongement (14; 14') est située à côté de cet axe, la distance entre le centre de la cheville (11b; 11b') et l'axe de coulissement (17) étant plus petite que la course du prolongement (14; 14').
9. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le ressort de compression (9) est un ressort à branches.
10. Dispositif de verrouillage selon la revendication 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que le poussoir (8; 8') et la palette (13; 13') sont en une seule pièce en matière plastique.
11. Dispositif de verrouillage selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le prolongement (14; 14') présente un appendice (19; 19') formé sur ce prolongement et présentant un pont de contact (20; 20') et en ce que des éléments de raccordement (21; 21') conjugués au pont de contact (20; 20') sont prévur dans la boîte (1) du dispositif.
