From the narrow section 311 to the end edge 30 of the transverse lamella, the width of the edge strip tapers continuously, which makes it easier to plug it together.
- the narrow sections 311 are supported against the edges of the tongues 111, the width of which is dimensioned such that the legs 31 of the transverse slats 3 are pressed firmly against the edges of the opening 11 by these tongues (FIG. 2).
- Two spring tabs 314, 316, 315 and 317 are bent out from the end region of each leg 31 of a transverse lamella 3 at a distance from one another, in such a way that the free ends of these lobes are each directed towards the opposite end region of the transverse lamella.
- These spring tabs stand out from the plane of the legs of the transverse lamellae about the material thickness of these legs out (Fig. 4).
- the position of these spring tabs is chosen and adapted to the desired contour of the side reflector in such a way that they rest on the back of each side reflector and press them against stops which are formed on the one hand by the steps 313 in the edge strips and on the other hand by the end edges 30 of the transverse slats 3 .
- the lower spring tabs 316, 317 hold the edge profile 12 of the side reflector 1 against the end edge 30 and the upper spring tabs 314, 315 hold the tongue 111 against the step 313 (FIG. 3).
- the transverse slats are simply inserted into the openings 11 until their end edges 30 strike the profile edge 12; when inserting, the legs 31 of the transverse lamellae are initially pressed somewhat inwards by the spring tabs; in the end position, however, they spring back and the spring tabs get caught behind the back of the side reflectors.
- the insertion of the transverse slats into the openings 11 is facilitated by the constant decrease in the width of the edge strips in the edge area of the transverse slats (FIG. 3).
- V-shaped cross section is to be understood as any two-leg arrangement in which the distance between the legs is greater in the area of the upper free leg ends than in the connecting area of the legs.
