Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un proceso para producir 2´-desoxi-azacitidina (Decitabina) haciendo reaccionar un dador de glicósidos, preferiblemente un derivado 1-halogenado, o un imidato, preferiblemente un derivado de triclorometilo, o un derivado de tio-alquilo de un monosacárido bloqueado con una base sililada seleccionada en presencia de un catalizador seleccionado.
