Abstract

Предложен клеено-шихтованный сердечник для статора, включающий в себя множество листов электротехнической стали, которые имеют фосфатные изоляционные покрытия на своих поверхностях и перекрываются коаксиально друг с другом; и клеевые части, предусмотренные между соответствующими листами электротехнической стали, средняя толщина изоляционных покрытий составляет 0,3-1,2 мкм, средняя толщина клеевых частей составляет 1,0-3,0 мкм, и в случае, если средняя толщина изоляционного покрытия задается как t1 в единицах мкм, и средняя толщина клеевых частей задается как t2 в единицах мкм, удовлетворяется следующее соотношение 1:
