Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу пролиферации естественных клеток-киллеров и композиции для пролиферации естественных клеток-киллеров, способных улучшать эффект пролиферации клеток и их противораковое действие, где способ включает в себя стадию культивирования естественных клеток-киллеров в культуральной жидкости, содержащей первый интерлейкин (IL-2), второй интерлейкин (по меньшей мере один интерлейкин выбран из группы, состоящей из IL-12, IL-15 и IL-18) и антитело к NKp46.
