Abstract

В заявке описаны новые биспецифические антигенсвязывающие молекулы для активации T-клеток и перенаправления их к специфическим клеткам-мишеням. Кроме того, в заявке описаны полинуклеотиды, кодирующие такие биспецифические антигенсвязывающие молекулы, и векторы и клетки-хозяева, содержащие такие полинуклеотиды. В заявке описаны также способы получения биспецифических антигенсвязывающих молекул, предлагаемых в изобретении, и способы применения указанных биспецифических антигенсвязывающих молекул для лечения заболевания.
