Abstract
Согласно одному аспекту предложена система управления демпфированием, предназначенная для плунжерной насосной установки, в соответствии с которой управляющие сигналы передаются электромагнитам. Согласно другому аспекту предложен способ гашения вибраций в кинематической цепи привода насоса, в соответствии с которым обнаруживают начало колебаний крутящего момента и устраняют по меньшей мере часть изменения крутящего момента. Согласно еще одному аспекту принимают сигналы или данные, связанные с характеристиками насоса, от датчиков, вычисляют характеристики крутящего момента и напряжения срабатывания системы демпфирования в расчете на 1° угла поворота коленчатого вала и передают управляющие сигналы электромагнитам. Согласно еще одному аспекту система демпфирования включает в себя камеру для текучей среды, выполненную с конфигурацией, обеспечивающей возможность приема магнитореологической текучей среды, маховик, расположенный, по меньшей мере частично, в камере для текучей среды и выполненный с возможностью функционального соединения с коленчатым валом жидкостного насоса, и магнитное устройство вблизи маховика. Магнитное устройство обеспечивает приложение переменной силы сопротивления к маховику.
