Abstract

柱塞泵泵体
本实用新型涉及泵的一种配件,特别是柱塞泵的泵体。
现有柱塞泵或活塞泵的泵体由于表面平整,散热性差,连续使用时,泵机容易发热,这就影响了泵的使用性能和使用寿命。
本实用新型之目的在于提供一种散热快,硬度高的柱塞泵泵体。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是这样的:它在泵体的表面设有散热齿条或凹凸。这样,不仅增加了泵体的散热面积,提高了泵体的散热性能,而且增强了泵壳的硬度,从而达到了本实用新型之目的。
下面结合附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步的描述。

图3、图4、图5、图6是本实用新型泵体表面实施例二至五的局部示意图。
参见图1、图2、柱塞泵泵体包括带有柱塞孔3和曲轴孔4的泵壳1,泵壳1上表面和侧面规则地排列着波纹状的散热凹凸或齿条4,该凹凸或齿条4的截面形状近似半园形或三角形、方形或其它几何形状,参见图3、图4、图5、图6。泵壳1表面的凹凸或齿条4也可以是不规则排列分布,其目的是增加泵壳1的散热面积,以达到快速散热之目的,同时又考虑增强泵壳的硬度。
显而易见,本实用新型具有外形美观,强度高,制作方便等优点,适用于装配在柱塞泵、活塞泵等各类泵上。

Claims (3)

1、一种柱塞泵泵体,包括带有柱塞孔(3)和曲轴孔(4)的泵壳(1),其特征在于:泵壳(1)外表面上分布着散热的凹凸或齿条(2)。
2、按照权利要求1所述的柱塞泵泵体,其特征在于:所述的凹凸或齿条(2)的截面形状,近似半园形或方形或三角形或斜片形。
3.按照权利要求1或2所述的柱塞泵泵体,其特征在于:所述的凹凸或齿条有规则地分布或不规则排列。
