Abstract
Предложен способ получения поликонденсационного полимера, который может поддерживать высокое качество поликонденсационного полимера. Способ производства поликонденсационного полимера включает стадию подачи расплавленного предполимера в реактор полимеризации для производства поликонденсационного полимера, причем реактор имеет корпус, направляющую, выполненную в корпусе, и выходное отверстие полимера, соединенное с корпусом и выполненное в его нижней части; и стадию обеспечения возможности расплавленному предполимеру стекать вниз вдоль поверхности направляющей, при этом находясь в контакте с поверхностью, и полимеризации расплавленного предполимера, в результате чего получают поликонденсационный полимер, причем управление выполняют так, чтобы площадь проекции участка на конусовидном нижнем участке корпуса, где поликонденсационный полимер стекает вниз, была большой, или так, чтобы жидкая поверхность ретентата на конусовидном нижнем участке корпуса содержала большую область участка, где поликонденсационный полимер стекает вниз.
