Abstract
Un método de monitoreo de un componente sólido de una corriente de alimentación del reactor (12, 12a) en un sistema de producción de polímeros, tal como un proceso de bucle de suspensión (100), que comprende (a) la medición de una turbidez de la corriente de alimentación del reactor (12, 12a) con un turbidímetro (103), en el que la corriente de alimentación del reactor (12, 12a) comprende un componente sólido de un sistema de catalizador de polimerización, y (b) la conversión de la turbidez de la corriente de alimentación del reactor (12, 12a) en una concentración del componente sólido en la corriente de alimentación del reactor (12, 12a). Otro método de monitoreo de un componente sólido de una corriente de alimentación del reactor en un sistema de producción de polímeros, que comprende (a) la medición de una turbidez de una corriente de alimentación del precontactor, en el que la corriente de alimentación del precontactor comprende un componente sólido de un sistema de catalizador de polimerización, y (b) la conversión de la turbidez de la corriente de alimentación del precontactor en una concentración del componente sólido en una corriente de efluente del precontactor, en el que la corriente de efluente del precontactor comprende la corriente de alimentación del reactor.
