Abstract
Задача: в подводной среде, содержащей высокую концентрацию диоксида углерода, обладающую анестезирующим действием, проводят пролонгированную анестезию рыб, моллюсков и ракообразных безопасным и простым с практической точки зрения способом. Средства решения: мелкие пузырьки, содержащие газообразный кислород, контактируют с поверхностью мембраны жаберных эпителиальных клеток рыб, моллюсков и ракообразных с образованием разности парциального давления [парциальное давление газообразного кислорода] - [парциальное давление растворенного в жаберных капиллярах кислорода], превышающей разность парциального давления [парциальное давление растворенного в воде кислорода] - [парциальное давление растворенного в жаберных капиллярах кислорода], что таким образом заметно увеличивает количество кислорода, попадающего в капилляры тонких жаберных пластинок. Следовательно, удается избежать развития дыхательной недостаточности, вызванной подавлением спонтанных дыхательных движений при анестезии, и таким образом можно проводить пролонгированную анестезию диоксидом углерода при такой температуре воды (приблизительно 20°С), при которой в норме проводят обработку рыб, моллюсков и ракообразных.
