Abstract
Изобретение относится к циклическому полипептиду формулы Iили его амиду, сложному эфиру или соли, или его биоконъюгату, где X1, Х3, Х4, X7, Х8, Х9, Х10, X11, Х12 и Х13 определены в настоящем документе. Полипептиды являются агонистами рецептора APJ. Изобретение также относится к способу получения полипептидов по изобретению или их биоконъюгатов и их терапевтическому применению, такому как лечение или профилактика острой декомпенсированной сердечной недостаточности (ОДСН), хронической сердечной недостаточности, легочной гипертензии, фибрилляции предсердий, синдрома Бругада, желудочковой тахикардии, атеросклероза, гипертензии, рестеноза, ишемических сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний, кардиомиопатии, фиброза сердца, аритмии, отечности, диабета (включая диабет беременных), ожирения, болезни периферических артерий, нарушений мозгового кровообращения, транзиторных ишемических атак, травматических повреждений головного мозга, бокового амиотрофического склероза, ожоговых травм (включая солнечный ожог) и преэклампсии. Настоящее изобретение дополнительно относится к комбинации фармакологически активных средств и фармацевтической композиции.
