Abstract
Раскрыт препарат носителя для контролируемого высвобождения инъекционных лекарственных средств. Препарат содержит фармацевтический активный агент, материал жидкого носителя с высокой вязкостью, такой как сахарозы ацетат изобутират, полимер на основе молочной кислоты, такой как поли(молочная кислота)(гликолевая кислота), и органический растворитель, который поддерживает композицию в монофазной форме при 25°С и давлении 1 атм. Лекарственное средство высвобождается при введении таким образом, что менее 10% (например, 2-8%) лекарственного средства высвобождается в течение первых 5 ч; 10-80% лекарственного средства высвобождается в течение периода от 5 ч до 7 дней после введения и 10-40% лекарственного средства постепенно высвобождается в течение периода от 7 до 28 дней после начального введения.
