Abstract
В изобретении предложены, помимо прочего, усовершенствованные способы очистки белка арилсульфатазы А (АСА), полученного рекомбинантно для ферментозаместительной терапии. Изобретение частично основано на неожиданном открытии, что рекомбинантный белок АСА можно очищать из необработанных биологических материалов, таких как АСА-содержащая культуральная клеточная среда, с помощью способа, включающего применение не более четырех хроматографических колонок и только один этап ультрафильтрации/диафильтрации после хроматографии.
