Abstract
В заявке описан способ отделения кислых газов от газовой смеси путем ее введения в контакт с абсорбентом, содержащим воду и по меньшей мере один амин и имеющим температуру своего разделения на компоненты в пределах от 0 до 130°С. Из насыщенного абсорбента путем его десорбционной обработки водяным паром в десорбционной колонне десорбируют кислые газы, проводя при этом десорбцию при температуре, при которой в десорбционной колонне происходит разделение на жидкую фазу с высоким содержанием воды и жидкую фазу с низким содержанием воды. Образовавшиеся жидкую фазу с высоким содержанием воды и жидкую фазу с низким содержанием воды отделяют одна от другой, жидкую фазу с высоким содержанием воды подают в испаритель, в котором образуется водяной пар, которым в десорбционной колонне десорбируют кислые газы, и жидкую фазу с низким содержанием воды и жидкую фазу с высоким содержанием воды возвращают в качестве абсорбента в абсорбер. В заявке описано также устройство для осуществления этого способа, имеющее абсорбер (1), десорбционную колонну (2) с массообменной зоной (3), имеющей выпуск (4) для жидкости, а также имеющее испаритель (5) и фазоразделительное устройство (6) с точкой (7) подвода и точками (8, 9) отбора жидких фаз, при этом испаритель (5) расположен отдельно от фазоразделительного устройства (6), выпуск (4) для жидкости, предусмотренный у массообменной зоны (3), соединен с точкой (7) подвода, предусмотренной у фазоразделительного устройства, и предусмотрены соединительные линии (10, 11), ведущие от точки (8) отбора жидкой фазы с высоким содержанием воды к испарителю (5) и от точки (9) отбора жидкой фазы с низким содержанием воды к абсорберу (1).
