Abstract
resumo patente de invenção: "método e dispositivo para a separação de gases acídicos a partir de uma mistura de gás". a presente invenção refere-se a um método para separar gases ácidos de uma mistura de gás, que em contato com um meio de absorção compreendendo água e pelo menos uma amina, tem uma temperatura de separação por fase de 0 a 130°c. gases ácidos são dessorvidos do meio de absorção carregado esvaziando com o vapor em uma coluna de dessorção, a uma temperatura na qual a separação da fase em fases líquidas ricas e pobres em água ocorre na coluna de dessorção. as fases líquidas rica e pobre em água resultantes são separadas entre si, a fase líquida rica em água é inserida em um evaporador no qual o vapor é gerado, os gases ácidos são esvaziados na coluna de dessorção e as fases líquidas pobre e rica em água retornam ao absorvedor. o dispositivo compreende um absorvedor (1), uma coluna de dessorção (2) com zona de transferência em massa (3) tendo uma saída de líquido (4), um evaporador (5) e um dispositivo de separação por fase (6) tendo um ponto de alimentação (7) e pontos de remoção (8, 9) para as fases líquidas, onde o evaporador (5) está separado do dispositivo (6), a saída de líquido (4) da zona (3) é conectada ao ponto de alimentação (7) do dispositivo (6), que compreende conduítes de conexão (10, 11) do ponto de remoção (8) para fase líquida rica em água ao evaporador (5) e do ponto de remoção (9) para fase líquida pobre em água ao absorvedor (1).
