Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу удаления одного или более газообразных загрязнителей из потока загрязнённого сырьевого газа. Способ включает в себя: 1) подачу потока загрязнённого сырьевого газа, 2) охлаждение потока загрязнённого сырьевого газа до температуры, при которой образуется жидкий загрязнитель, а также обеднённая по загрязнителю газовая фаза, и 3) разделение двух фаз путём введения их в газожидкостной разделительный аппарат, имеющий газожидкостной ввод на промежуточном уровне, вывод для жидкости, расположенный ниже газожидкостного ввода, и вывод для газа, расположенный над газожидкостным вводом, и, кроме того, в аппарате имеются горизонтальный коагулятор, расположенный над газожидкостным вводом по всему поперечному сечению аппарата, и центробежный жидкостной сепаратор, расположенный выше коагулятора по всему поперечному сечению аппарата, причём центробежный жидкостной сепаратор содержит одну или более спиралевидных труб. Изобретение, кроме того, относится к устройству для осуществления способа, а также к потоку очищенного газа.
