Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения метаксалона, включающему взаимодействие триглицидилизоцианурата (TGIC) с м-ксиленолом, отличающемуся тем, что вышеуказанную реакцию проводят в смеси растворителей, содержащей апротонный полярный растворитель с диэлектрической проницаемостью, большей или равной 30, и по меньшей мере один другой растворитель, выбранный из группы, состоящей из неполярных растворителей и апротонных полярных растворителей с диэлектрической проницаемостью ниже 30, притом что вышеуказанная смесь растворителей содержит от 5 до 40 вес.% указанного первого растворителя и от 95 до 60 вес.% указанного второго растворителя, добавляя TGIC при температуре в интервале от 30 до 50°С и после добавления TGIC повышая температуру реакционного раствора до значения в интервале от 80 до 180°С в течение промежутка времени от 120 до 180 мин при скорости увеличения не выше чем 1,25°С/мин. Изобретение также относится к метаксалону с пониженным содержанием примесей, получающихся в результате незавершенных реакций и/или побочных реакций, соответствующих способу получения.
