Изобретение относится к устройствам с интегрированными в картридже электродными чипами (ИЭ-чип), которые применяют в способах с использованием электрохемилюминесценциии, возбуждаемой горячими электронами, и к устройствам на основе электрического возбуждения молекул веществ-маркеров с последующим измерением люминесценции для количественного определения концентрации неизвестного вещества, при преимущественном использовании в биохимических исследованиях вне центральных лабораторий.
