Abstract
Рентгеновский флуоресцентный аппарат для измерения характеристик пробы текучей среды, который содержит корпус, имеющий впуск и выпуск, расположенную внутри корпуса испытательную камеру, содержащую отверстие для ввода пробы, сообщенное со впуском, расположенный внутри испытательной камеры предметный столик, содержащий полость для размещения пробы текучей среды, расположенное внутри корпуса отверстие проведения анализа, рентгеновский флуоресцентный спектрометр и по меньшей мере один двигатель, оперативно связанный с предметным столиком испытательной камеры. Также создан способ проведения анализа текучей среды, содержащий ввод текучей среды через отверстие ввода пробы в полость предметного столика, предназначенную для размещения пробы, перемещение предметного столика в поперечном направлении внутри испытательной камеры в положение проведения анализа и выполнение рентгеновским флуоресцентным спектрометром анализа пробы текучей среды, находящейся в полости, когда предметный столик находится в положении проведения анализа.
