Изобретение относится к способу изготовления по меньшей мере одной части уплотнения, обеспечивающего газонепроницаемость между по меньшей мере одной первой и одной второй стеклянными панелями в системе остекления, где способ включает следующие стадии: нанесение первого адгезивного слоя на первую периферийную область первой панели и второго адгезивного слоя на вторую периферийную область второй панели; приваривание первого металлического уплотнительного элемента к первому адгезивному слою; приваривание второго металлического уплотнительного элемента или вышеуказанного первого металлического уплотнительного элемента ко второму адгезивному слою. В соответствии с изобретением первый и второй адгезивные слои наносятся посредством применения процесса высокоскоростного кислородо-топливного газопламенного напыления.
