Claims (17)

- 前記溶接の前に及び/又は金属ハンダ層の前記付着の前に前記接着層の少なくとも一つをハンダ付けフラックスにさらす工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜8のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金属シール要素の少なくとも一つが、前記接着層の一つへのこの溶接の前に存在する金属溶接物層を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜9のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 大気圧の雰囲気中で、第一パネルの第一周縁領域に第一接着層を付着させ、第二パネルの第二周縁領域に第二接着層を付着させる工程、大気圧の雰囲気中で、第一金属シール要素を第一接着層に溶接する工程、大気圧の雰囲気中で、第一金属シール要素とは異なる第二金属シール要素を第二接着層に溶接する工程、及び減圧の雰囲気中で、第一金属シール要素を第二金属シール要素に溶接する工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜10のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金属シール要素が、銅及びその合金、アルミニウム及びその合金、並びに鉄及びその合金からなる群から選択される少なくとも一種の材料を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜11のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記金属シール要素及び/又は接着層を形成する接着材料が、鉄53〜55重量%、ニッケル28〜30重量%、及びコバルト16〜18重量%を含む、Kovar(登録商標)のような鉄合金から形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜12のいずれかに記載の方法。
- 前記高速酸素燃料火炎噴霧法が、以下の工程を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜13のいずれかに記載の方法:
− それぞれが燃焼室に通じる第一、第二及び第三入口、並びに一つの出口を含む噴霧装置において、前記第一入口を通して燃料及び酸素を圧力下で注入する工程、
− 前記第二入口に接着材料を注入する工程、
− 前記燃料と前記酸素の間で燃焼を行なわせて、接着材料を燃焼室中で溶融させる工程、
− 前記第三入口を通して圧力下でガスを注入して、前記溶融した接着材料を前記装置から前記出口を介して超音速で噴霧させることを可能にする工程、及び
− 前記装置の出口を前記周縁領域の一つに配向させて、前記接着層の一つが形成されることを可能にする工程。 - 前記出口の軸と前記ガラスパネルとの間の角度が45°〜90°であることを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の方法。
- 前記装置及びガラスパネルが、前記接着層の形成中に5〜30m/分の速度で相互に対して移動されることを特徴とする、請求項14又は15に記載の方法。
- 第一及び第二パネルの第一及び第二周縁領域が、第一及び第二パネルのそれぞれの縁に位置されることを特徴とする、請求項1〜16のいずれかに記載の方法。
