Abstract
Изобретение относится к вакуумному изоляционному блоку (10) остекления, проходящему вдоль плоскости P, определяемой продольной осью X и вертикальной осью Z, снабженному одним покрытием, отражающим инфракрасное излучение, имеющим длину L, причем 300 ммL4000 мм, и ширину W, причем 300 ммW1500 мм, и содержащему a) первую стеклянную панель (1), имеющую внутреннюю поверхность (12) панели и наружную поверхность (13) панели, имеющую толщину Z1 и имеющую покрытие, отражающее инфракрасное излучение, на внутренней поверхности панели, причем покрытая первая стеклянная панель имеет показатель поглощения энергии EA1, и b) вторую стеклянную панель (2), имеющую внутреннюю поверхность (22) панели и наружную поверхность (23) панели и имеющую толщину Z2, при этом толщины измерены в направлении, перпендикулярном к плоскости P, причем вторая стеклянная панель имеет показатель поглощения энергии EA2; c) набор отдельных распорок (3), расположенных между первой и второй стеклянными панелями, поддерживающих расстояние между первой и второй стеклянными панелями и образующих массив с шагом , причем шаг находится в диапазоне от 10 до 35 мм; d) герметично соединяющее уплотнение (4), уплотняющее расстояние между первой и второй стеклянными панелями по их периметру; e) внутренний объем V, образованный первой и второй стеклянными панелями и набором отдельных распорок и закрытый герметично соединяющим уплотнением, и при этом имеется вакуум с абсолютным давлением менее 0,1 мбар, и f) при этом внутренние поверхности панели первой и второй стеклянных панелей обращены к внутреннему объему V; g) характеризующемуся тем, что первая стеклянная панель толще, чем вторая стеклянная панель (Z1>Z2), и при этом EA0,0033 Z2/мм2 - 0,0468 Z/мм + 0,7702; причем EA=EA1-2EA2, и при этом Z15 мм, Z23 мм и Z=Z1-Z21 мм, и при этом 10 мм35 мм.
