Abstract
Настоящее изобретение представляет собой применение катализатора в процессе МТО для превращения спирта или сложного эфира в легкие олефины, где указанный катализатор содержит модифицированный фосфором цеолит и изготовлен способом, включающим следующие этапы в таком порядке: а) необходимую порцию фосфора вводят в цеолит, содержащий по меньшей мере одно десятичленное кольцо в структуре; b) модифицированный фосфором цеолит этапа а) смешивают по меньшей мере с компонентом, выбранным среди одного или нескольких связующих, солей щелочно-земельных металлов, солей редкоземельных металлов, глин и формующих добавок; b)* получают тело катализатора из смеси b); с) необязательный этап сушки или необязательный этап сушки с последующим этапом промывки; d) этап кальцинирования; d*) необязательный этап промывки с последующей сушкой; е) факультативно небольшую порцию фосфора вводят в ходе этапа b) или b)* или в конце этапа b) или b)*.
