Abstract

Изобретение относится к способу получения производных транс-N-{4-{2-[4-(2,3-дихлорфенил)пиперазин-1-ил]этил}циклогексил}карбамида общей формулы (I) путём взаимодействия соединения формулы (III) с карбамоилхлоридом общей формулы (II), который включает проведение реакции в смеси растворителя и концентрированного водного раствора гидроксида щелочного металла при температуре 40-100°С в присутствии катализатора межфазного переноса, разделение фаз и промывание органического слоя, затем удаление растворителя и высушивание полученного соединения формулы (I) до постоянной массы.
