Abstract
processo para preparar voriconazol usando novos intermediários. é provido um processo para a preparação de voriconazol representado pela fórmula química 1. mais especificamente, o processo para a preparação de voriconazol de fórmula química 1 inclui: realizar a reação de acoplamento tipo reformatsky entre um derivado de cetona de fórmula química 4 e um derivado de pirimidina de fórmula qímica 5 para obter um composto de fórmula química 3; reagir os substituintes halogênios e oxissulfonila com um doador de hidrogênio para ogter voriconazol racêmico pela adição de um ácido opticamente ativo adequado para obter voriconazol tendo alta pureza óptica com alta rentabilidade e alto rendimento.
