Abstract

Procedimiento para la preparación de oxindoles y anilinas orto-sustituidas y su uso como productos intermedios para síntesis. Procedimiento para la preparación de compuestos de la Fórmula (4), haciéndose reaccionar una mezcla de una anilina (compuesto de la Fórmula Q) con un tioéter (compuesto de la Fórmula W) en presencia de un agente de cloración y un disolvente orgánico a una temperatura de reacción en el intervalo entre -60 ° y -10 °C. En un procedimiento posterior se sigue haciendo reaccionar este compuesto en presencia de un catalizador de ácido hasta dar el indol de la Fórmula (7) o el oxindol de la Fórmula (8).
