Abstract
Согласно настоящему изобретению предложены новые ингибиторы передачи сигнала с участием белка hedgehog, которые можно применять в качестве терапевтического агента для лечения злокачественных новообразований, причем указанные соединения имеют общую формулу (I)где А, X, Y, R, R, R, R, m и n определены в настоящем описании.
