Abstract

Изобретение относится к композиции формовочной смеси для производства формованных изделий для литейной промышленности, содержащей, по меньшей мере, огнеупорный основной формовочный материал и систему связующего на основе полиуретана, которая содержит полиизоцианатный компонент и полиольный компонент. Согласно настоящему изобретению система связующего на основе полиуретана содержит сложный диэфир карбоновой кислоты с разветвленным алкандиолом в количестве, составляющем не менее 3 мас.% от массы системы связующего, и ароматический растворитель в количестве, составляющем менее 10 мас.% от массы системы связующего. Предпочтительно в качестве сложного диэфира карбоновой кислоты используется 2,2,4-триметил-1,3-пентандиол-диизобутират. Литейные формы для литейной промышленности, изготовленные из композиции формовочной смеси, отличаются высокой прочностью и сниженным образованием копоти и дыма в процессе литья.
