Abstract

Изобретение относится к смеси формовочного материала для производства формованных продуктов в литейной промышленности, включающей, по крайней мере, огнеупорный основной формовочный материал и связующую систему на основе полиуретана, который включает полиизоцианатный компонент и полиольный компонент, где связующая система создана на основе полиуретана и включает часть диэстера карбоновой кислоты разветвленного алкандиола, причем указанная часть составляет менее 3 мас. %, а также часть ароматического растворителя в количестве менее 10 мас. % относительно связующей системы, формованные продукты, полученные из смеси формовочного материала для литейной промышленности, их применение и способ получения литейной формы.
